Do not buy from here. The worst pizza ever. Not fresh, very stale. Awful customer service. Made a complaint to papa johns main branch and the supervisor said we can’t do anything about it. So basically I paid to eat awful pizza. The manager of the store and papa johns couldn’t care less. I’m never buying from papa johns ever again. Fix your reputation before you loose business to other leading pizza stores.

I try to avoid this papa johns at all costs. The pizza is HORRIBLE. I make special orders online and they don’t follow through. Literally, they put no sauce and barely any cheese. (I order online) slow delivery. About an hour to deliver. I’m only a 10 minute drive away. You would’ve thought they’re making your pizza to perfection if they’re taking this long right? Nope. Last order I had the pizza was inedible completely. I made a complaint and the manager called me and arranged a replacement, which was better, not 100% better, but it was edible. I however, do not recommend this papa johns at all. I visit other ones and don’t have these issues elsewhere, just this one. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere

This Papa John’s is the worst. The guy who takes your oder is very rude and doesn’t understand English very well. He made me repeat my address and phone number about 4 or 5 times before he finally got it correct. I placed a $ 30 order and mentioned to him that I only had a $ 100 bill and he told me they won’t accept a $ 100. So that’s pretty much were the conversation ended. He just hung up. Better off ordering from Domino’s on corona ave if you have a late night crave.

Ordered for delivery close to midnight in a saturday night took about 35 minutes to get it delivered pizza was good kinda soggy the garlic sauce they included was horrible. Will order from again

My kids love their cheese pizza! however Their price is different all the time which is wired!:(the buffalo wing is horrible: neither spicy or fresh!

The phone service was horrible! The language barrier made a huge difference in my order. The initial greeting on the phone was not able to be understood, and I had to repeat my information 3 times, as well as my order. I had to have the employee repeat himself several times because his accent was so thick. If you are going to work on the phone please make sure that your English is clear! Then when we received our order they messed up on our drink! I specifically asked for an Ice Tea and they brought me Pepsi! However, when I called back the same guy on the phone made it seem like it was my fault and I never ordered an Ice Tea! I never drink Pepsi. He basically told me to deal with it and that the delivery guy is too busy to bring my correct drink, and if he has time he will try and bring it. Needless to say, I never got my correct drink! Pizza was alright, and wings were so-​so. I will never be ordering from there again!

let me start with the only positive thing i have to say — they deliver very quickly, id say within 20 mins of ordering — not the advertised 30 – 45 mins. which is good
now, lets get to my MAJOR problem with them
THEY ALWAYS FORGET A PART OF MY ORDER, WITH. OUT. FAIL.
whether it be a drink, or food, it is ALWAYS something I pay for, and i NEVER get a refund, nor a sorry, i don’t understand. Why is it that every time i give them a chance my order gets screwed up! id honestly stop ordering if it weren’t for the fact the days i come home late from work, they are the only thing open/​accepting credit cards that deliver.
BUT EVERYTIME? surely I’m exaggerating?! NOPE. EVERY TIME THEY FORGET. and when i call back to tell them they forgot they ask me if I’m sure. YES I AM
they frustrate me so much. some other late night delivery place needs to open near me A.S.A.P so i can stop ordering from them.
