***LEFTUSHIGHANDDRY**** Rudy(owner of Palazzo Pools) was in Northern California advertising as a pool builder with 20 years in the business, Come to find out Rudy just got his contractors license January 2014. Rudy is a great salesman and will sell you on himself and his«family business»,(started in 2014)… The whole process was a fight, from him trying to use 2 solar panels when the manufacture recommended at least 5 for my size pool. He tried to use a substandard generic pebbles after quoting us the name brand«Pebble Tec». He guaranteed us the pool would be competed in 2 months(for my Granddaughter’s 1st birthday), it ended up taking Rudy just over 5 months. All those 5 Star Google Reviews, ask for proof I don’t believe any of them! When he sold us on going with him, one of his biggest thing was doing all the work and not subcontracting anything… This was not the case, there was sub contractor after sub contractor that came here and did substandard work. **One week after we filled the pool we noticed we were loosing over 1 inch a day from a pipe his plumber never bothered to glue. Rudy was nowhere to be found, phone disconnected. I paid $ 300. to repair a leak before even using the pool. ***Currently ALLTHECOPING is lifting and shifting around the pool, spa, fire pit and landscape wall. I have several estimates for repair from reputable pool builder’s that range form 9K-12K. Rudy has run down to the LA area and left us hight and dry… Just imagine giving someone over 90K and now have to pay another 12K to fix the mistakes for his poor craftsmanship. I would never recommend Rudy or Palazzo Pools, you will be nickel and dimed as the project goes on. Things you assume is part of the job will turn out to be on you to pay for. also FYI the pools on his website are generic pools off internet. ASKFORFORMERCUSTOMERSREFERENCES and followup with his customer… Palazzo Pools by Rudy Lopez, not a good thing. We started the project August 2014 was to be completed per contract October 3, 2014, actual completion date was January 2015. It is my belief Rudy worked for a pool contractor then decided to try on his own. We were most likely one of the only pools he did as the contractor. Happy to send anyone pictures and video of the shabby job done on our pool, Rudy can play blame game but he promised to be on job daily however rarely showed up to supervise. Buyer beware! Suddenly your new best friend, evades your calls, demands cash, then just disappears. If you use Palazzo Pool get a completion date, but also demand that he start paying YOU. In our contract there was a completion date but no penalty, so the completion date meant nothing. Please learn from our Family’s mistakes. Feel free to contact me… «Mom», was his name for me…

Only experience with this company was thankfully limited to the reckless behavior of their driver swerving the massive work truck in and out of the carpool lane(solo) during rush hour. Clearly he had no care whatsoever and was completely irresponsible, hanging halfway out of the truck like his daddy owned the freeway. I’d never trust someone like this with any work whatsoever let alone something as important as pool installation.
