Steve’s Pool Service and Repair

5 stars for Steve and to his dad Steve (Senior) Just closed on a short sale house last week and the seller didn’t even bother maintaining the pool. Well my realtor agent referred me to his pool guy and unfortunately the guy charges more Thank goodness I called Steve’s Pool and Repair Services. Very knowledgeable, nice guy like his father Steve, and honest person, just like what is written on to their truck service. Steve’s price is very affordable unlike the other pool guy that quoted us first. Our pool has prob. here and there, that’s how I met his dad Steve. Very nice guy he even bought the parts for us and charge us less and when I’m trying to give half of my payment Steve hesitate to take it and he even said «are you sure» :) that’s how nice he is. He even said to do an installment payment. Goodness gracious no other pool guy doing what Steve and his dad extending help to people like me with a tight budget. Since the house is short sale and sold as is. I’ll update you all with the before and after pictures. But for now just extending my gratitude to Steve and to his dad. Thanks again!

Steve did an amazing job restoring my pool but didn’t repair my navigator. After repeated attempts he finally answered my text and indicated he had the repair parts and would return on Thursday, it’s been two weeks since I’ve heard from him and he won’t answer my calls.

One thing that gets under my skin with independent business owners is not returning calls or texts. It completely annoys me! Steve has come by to clean our pool once earlier this year and he did a fine job however, now that we need him again, he’s hard to get in touch with. When we called him earlier this summer to see if he was available, he did not answer nor return our calls. I sent him texts weeks later and he responded normally as if he never ignored our calls. Then when I sent him a text to confirm the time for the next day’s appointment, he stopped responding and left us in the dark. This is unprofessional, disrespectful and plain rude. If you don’t want to come and service our pool then just say so. I appreciate honesty and straightforwardness.

I was recommended to Steve by another pool guy. I called Steve about a problem we were having with our pool and Jacuzzi. He came the same day after working on a couple of other pools. He took a look and told me the problem. It was an easy fix. He was very courteous and polite.
