As server I understand being in the weeds or even having to deal with a difficult guest, so when I am a guest I always try to be as patient as possible or understanding. What confuses me is that our server Eduardo B was not in the weeds, he just didn’t have a sense of urgency and when he did it wasn’t with drink refills or asking if we wanted more bread or table touching. He kept trying to force the check on us not asking if we wanted dessert or maybe an after meal coffee. Which isn’t good for his check average or his sales. As servers we work for our tips.(To insure prompt service) So I am baffled as to why his service was mediocre at best. I gave the stars for the food but definitely not the service. It’s pretty bad when the host gives better service than your actual server. If you decide to come to this location, sit in the bar area.

Slow service. Food wasn’t very good. I had to sends my dinner back which I never do. The shift manager came by to offer me another meal which I declined. What I found odd was the manager sort of arguing with me about my feedback of the food. It was a very odd service experience. Typically one just apologizes and moves on. This particular guy was a tad defensive. We won’t be back to this location.

Joey was our server and he was great. Food was as expected, nothing to brag about. Cost is what is expected at Outback. This is a chain that I don’t expect much out of but my wife wanted to go. 4 stars for the service, he took our service to another level. Thanks man we appreciate it.

Order take out from here a lot. The orders come out correct and never any issues. It’s iffy to get a steak to go and be able to enjoy it as if it was served at the table but with outback this seems to be the standard. Curbside pick up is the way to go if you are local.

Our party of 8 was seated after 30 minutes(understandable for Friday night). Waited 10 minutes for drink order. Then 10 more for bread. Another 10 for blooming onion. Then another 20 minutes for our food. Waitress offered 1 free dessert for our party to share for the wait. Then finally we were finished eating and I waited another 10 minutes for someone to pick up the check which I was going to pay with a credit card. No one showed up so I just left cash with another server. Ok food bad service.

Overall good food and service by the friendly and efficient Lauren. Had the prime rib end cut, which was a little tough, compared with previous visits. The salad was crisp, fresh and excellent, and the French onion soup was FAB. However, for the THIRD time in a row, my server decided to plop herself down in my booth while taking my order. This is not professional in any way, shape or form. What manager allows servers to do this? None of the men do… only the ladies… Hmmmm.

First off let me start off by saying Never go to this place!!! I came here on a Saturday there’s was like a 10 min wait not bad. The waitress leads us to our table and the table is wet and the floor was filled with food. They clean it up and we sit down. We ordered our food and never saw our waiter till we got the food. When the women was giving my dad the food she spilled a full cup of Coke all over his clothes. And when they got my mom her food it was the wrong one. They didn’t even do anything about the spilled Coke. We just ate our nasty food and got out of there. Overall I will never go to any Outback Steakhouse resturant again.

Food was Delicious! Too bad restrooms are so disgustingly filthy. AND two girls in front didn’t even greet us; just standing there. One if them should be in the restrooms cleaning!

I had a wonderful experience. Idk what everyone else is talking about, maybe it was busy or something. I came in around 7:30 pm seated immediately and served my drink order and bread. Food was exceptional, except my steak was a little overcooked. Ordered medium, and it was slightly medium well. But still, it was an awesome steak. Servers were prompt and courteous. I will definitely come again.

Debating whether I should give it one or two stars… pretty sure if I wrote this review right after I would’ve given it one, but it’s been a week now and I’m not as frustrated. Only good thing about this place was the caesar salad, besides that everything else was awful. I was tricked into the«unlimited shrimp» deal they’re offering now, totally got ripped off because the shrimp were all tiny and soaked in a billion ounces of butter… I felt like I was drinking fat. Also the baby back rib portion is absolutely tiny and I really don’t think someone could get full off of that. Food alone was already two stars, three stars at most, but the service just tipped me off. First of all, they don’t care about you if they aren’t your waiter, I guess because they don’t share tip with each other so they don’t wanna help you out? We got ignored so many times, even after they made eye contact with us and evidently saw us waving our hands around. Every time we tried to find our waiter, she was missing for at least 5 minutes and the rest would just ignore us. This happened over and over again, and in the end, we waited at least 15 minutes for her to pick up the check and finally had to stand up and personally deliver our payment to the waiter.

The ribeye steak, baked potato & mixed vegetables were awesome! The waitress was excellent too! A trip to the restroom was disastrous! I could have taken more photos but may cause some to loose their appetite! I can’t believe that things can get so bad! Doesn’t take much labor/time to send someone in the restroom at least once an hour!?! Five Stars for the food! Zero Stars for a visit to the restroom!

My family & I went to this location last night, June 20th, to celebrate Father’s Day. I used to go with my family often, but the last time we went — which was around a couple years ago — the quality had seemed to gone down. But for some reason my dad decided he wanted to go back to Outback since it seemed like they made some changes for the better. We made a reservation, but there was no wait when we got there — yes! We arrived and went straight to our table. Soon after, a waitress got our drinks and appetizers(coconut shrimp and seared ahi) down. She was quite kind and friendly. They serve bread and butter before your meal, as well. We ordered our usual, filet mignon. Well, my parents got the Victoria’s filet, while my sister and I got the filet mignon with lobster tail. Personally, my expectations weren’t high since we’ve gone to other fancier steakhouses with top-of-the-line filet mignon. Anyways, we received our food in a fair amount of time and I thought everything was pretty tasty. Now, it’s not top-of-the-line-tasty, but still. We topped off dinner with their chocolate thunder from down under dessert. It was very sweet and rich. Overall, service was pretty good and all of the food was, as well. It’s not as expensive as other places either.

On Father’s Day weekend my 9 year old son and I ate at this nice place. My son was craving steak and being the weekend that it was he wanted to treat me to a delicious meal, since he is only 9 years old, I told him to choose the place and we would treated it like it was his gift to me. The meal was fantastic the service was excellent. The real story however is as follows: The following day I realized my wallet was missing. I was very nervous and stressed because there was a large sum of money inside the wallet not to mention a federal government ID of a confidential nature. I really did not expect that my wallet was ever going to be found I figured whoever picked it up looked inside and at least took the money if not the whole thing. To my surprise the Outback Steakhouse located my wallet and immediately followed their procedure and gave it to the manager who secured it in the safe. My wallet was returned to me and not a single dollar bill was missing. I suppose 12 years of Law enforcement makes one pessimistic and negative sometimes. I’m glad to see there are still very honest people amongst us.

Blooming onion was great as usual. I myself had a Chicken blood Sandwich which was cooked to perfection. Not undercooked but still juicy and tender. Bread was toasted to perfection. I personally had a great experience, now my father in the other side had an Outback Special. The meat was phenomenal, but his baked potato which he always has was a bit salty today. Only reason for not having 5 stars. Great hostess and waitress.

Went here after a few yeas away. Service was very good but the food was a 7 maybe. lobster was par. Sweet potatoe had been around awhile. My pork chop was par. Sad because the service was good. With all of the competition around the need to step it up with the food. I do not believe I’ll be back. Need either new mgt or something. They need to be open for lunch. my wife works at Monster energy that opened around the corner too bad they are missing out!

Came with my family for a Friday night splurge. I thought to myself… Eh. It’s outback. Good steak, calm environment, nice night. I was pleasantly surprised by our experience, and I will be coming back. Friday night equals Friday crowd. We called ahead, arrived right on time, and got seated right quick. Our server was Erick, and he’s the reason I decided to post this review. I got the 10oz boneless fire grilled ribeye, and it was cooked perfectly. Expertly seasoned, medium rare just the way I like it, second best steak I’ve ever had. Nothing beats Lone Star’s Delmonico steak. Anywho, back to Erick. I will start out that he was quite frazzled by the busy Friday crowd. He apologized profusely after forgetting a couple of things, but we got everything we asked for. He was all smiles, very personable, and payed close attention to our needs. My two year old sister has numerous serious allergies and it is difficult for her to eat at restaurants because of this. But after hearing about these allergies, he went the extra mile and talked to the kitchen about every little thing she wanted and made sure she could eat it with no problem at all. He gave both of my sisters bowls of maraschino cherries because he simply heard them mention liking them. That, on top of perfect timing on bread and refills, will guarantee us coming back if we can sit with him. Outback. If you are reading this, I hope all your employees go the extra mile like Erick does. No one is that attentive to my sister at restaurants. Thank you.

In the past, this location was great. Tonight, not so much. Ordered the Victoria Filet with«blue cheese crumbles» and what I got was NOT what you would call blue cheese crumbles. It was a soggy blue/green liquid all over my steak(see photo). It was seriously disgusting. I complained to someone who was either the cook or a manager. He was polite about it but not sympathetic. He changed his story a few times and finally admitted that they stuck some blue cheese dressing on the steak and microwaved it to «get it down quick.» This is not acceptable. I told him to take it away from me and remove it from the bill. My appetite was gone at this point. So, I ate bread, salad, and a potato for dinner. The guy came back later as we were leaving with a different story this time about how Outback no longer carries the blue cheese crumbles and they just pour some blue cheese over the steak. Last I checked it was Outback not Norms. I’ll never return. They didn’t even try to make it right(maybe comp dessert? How about 50% off my wife’s steak?) after all, it’s times like these that can make it or break it for a customer and whether or not they will come back. Do not go here!

I’ve been here many times — enjoyed the food, drinks, appetizers, and atmosphere. But unfortunately Outback has decided not to honor their promotion of buy $ 100 in gift cards and get a free $ 20 gift card. I kept going back and forth with these guys and eventually gave up. I’m going to try another place locally that at least honors their promise. Very disappointed with what used to be a great place to go to

They really have up’d their game here at Outback. Tried some appetizers and loved the chicken artichoke flatbread. Ordered a prime rib 16oz and it was great with mashed potatoes and potato soup. Complimentary bread is good as well. The Long Island iced tea was potent and is on happy hour special. If your in the area they are worth a look.
