I have been coming to this salon for over eight years now and have always been thrilled with the way my hair has turned out. My hairdresser, Rachelle and the other stylists are always so welcoming and professional and greet customers that come into the shop with a friendly hello. I also like the beauty supply connected to the salon. I always wonder over there after getting my hair done and buy whatever item I need. I love that it is connected so I don’t have to make another stop. The location of the Salon is great too. It’s right off of Ontario and the 15 freeway in Corona, you cannot get better then that. Anyone who is looking for great hair, friendly stylists and in need of any beauty products you should try out the Hair and Beyond for sure.

Let me start by saying I have been coming to Hair and Beyond (the salon side) for about 3 years now. My hair stylist is Lily and she is AMAZING. She is always so nice and genuine. She always asks exactly what I want my hair to look like and she delivers. Even if I bring in a picture she is able to duplicate to make it what I want. I have been so impressed by Lily, no one else has touched my hair, since I walked though the doors at Hair and Beyond. Her customer service is out of this world awesome and she truly wants to make you happy. If you ever aren’t satisfied or maybe your hair looks different than you imagined, just speak up and she will fix it. Her goal is to make you happy and its the truth! Thank you for everything Lily, your amazing and I will refer anyone that I can!

always come in here and know what I need, perfect! got the same hair dye I’ve dyed my hair with before and the staff is always so friendly to me whenever I walk in. always compliment my crazy color hair choices!

Hair & Beyond has a great inventory of beauty supplies. The staff is knowledgable and helpful which insures I am buying products fit for my needs.
I will travel 35 miles to this location because I know I will find what I’m looking for.

Wish I can give –0 for this place! Where do I start? Lets see first of all my mother in law & I came In here we were told by her hair dresser to come here & get the dye to dye my hair & by that I mean purple or blue, colors like that. Anyways my mother in law doesn’t know much about hair products so when we go in there she doesn’t know what brand we were supposed to get she had wrote down «direct dye» she thought that was a brand but I tried telling her It’s not. So we go in there she asks is that a brand the lady working in the front & also a hair dresser say no. Straight up no! like come on if you’re working in a damn salon aren’t you supposed to know what direct dye means? & so we tell them what we are getting & doing & one of the hair dressers little short lady was all snooty saying WHAT! why is your hair dresser making you go get the dye to dye your hair & blah blah blah. She was so RUDE we were in shock! I mean if that’s your way of trying to get a customer to come to you HA! I don’t know what world you’re living in. My hair dresser is independent so that is why she had me go get the certain color I wanted. Also when we ask where is the colored hair dye they just point & say back corner! I can not with this place. My appt. was the same day I had to get the dye so we had to buy the dye from here even though we did not want to give them our money. We will never be back here again! & I suggest anyone reading this to never go in here! They are snooty stuck up women who think they know it all. I don’t suggest coming here if you don’t know anything about hair products because they will definitely make fun of you.

Workers aren’t very helpful. When I ask questions they reply like I am an idiot. Only go there to by hair color or salon products.

The woman that helped me seemed very friendly and engaged me right away. I found what I was looking for (God bless American Crew) so I didn’t need any help at that time. However, when I checked out, she again assisted me. She was very friendly yet professional! I had a knuckle head question which she was able to answer and I then went on my merry way. It’s not a huge place but they had what I needed and therefore they get 4 stars from me!

I think hair and beyond is great! They carry Jerome Russell’s Punky Colour for $ 8.25, and they may be the only place other than Ulta (10 $), in Corona that does! Hair and Beyond carries the full spectrum of Punky Colour including their toner. This beauty supply is always stocked with great products, most of which seem to be reasonably priced. I’m glad I found this place!

I have worked as a hairstylist at hair and beyond for almost 6 years now and love it! we have a wide variety of professional salon products and very good lines for great prices on the supply sideand they have great professional girls that work here! My team of stylist that I work with are all great and have been doing hair for 7 pluss years and you cant go wrong! Great group here at hairand beyond! I am a firm believer that if someone does an awesome job they should be rewarded or at least acknowledged for it. On the contrary, I also feel that if a person or place is doing something wrong it should be brought to attention so that it can be fixed.
I have been here on numerous occasions over the last 2 years and I have to say that I always leave disappointed. As far as their selection of product goes, it is pretty well stocked and I can usually find exactly what I need at decent prices. However, the staff that looks over the «store» section of this salon needs some sprucing up.
I have never had anyone help me and or ring me up at the end of my visit with a smile on their face. Like I said, I am here quite often (mainly because they are so close to my house and usually have what I need) but the customer service here is way below any expectation.

I hate coming to this place but it’s the only beauty supply that carries the waxing brand I use.
These girls are always busy talking about their personal business or is busy ordering food. While I was standing there waiting to be checked out the 2 girls behind the counter was more interested in ordering their lunch then helping the customer. So unprofessional!!!
I dread coming in here!
