Not bad. Really just an el pollo loco with a different name. I did like the menu option of a chicken and veggie bowl. They have an app that for first app order there is a 10℅ discount. If I’m in the area again I would stop again for lunch.

I had heard and read about this place .so me and the wife had just finished shopping at costco so we gave it a try… good service, lots a choices as far as sides, beans were horrible, potato salad was good… the cabbage salad was something different and tasty… but the chicken was dry… and lacking taste… they have a white garlic sauce that’s just a little over powering… all in all I’ll stick with Juan Pollo

Food is okay at best. The chicken tasted good, the beans however where soaked in pure oil. It was so bad I had to drain and rinse them or my kids refused to eat it. The chicken also seemed like less than a full chicken. Juan pollo is much better and cheaper. I will be sticking with Juan Pollo or el pollo loco for this type of meal.

I am a huge fan of Juan Pollo and have been for years however this spot is on point. The delicious succulent chicken that’s served here is worth the extra dollars you may pay because it’s all about quality. The restaurant itself is located right of the 91 fwy and can be easily seen from the street. It’s fairly new and extremely clean. The customer service that I experienced was good, fast and friendly. I ordered a large family chicken meal along with a beans, rice, and chicken burrito. Please be hungry when you eat here because the portions are sizable. In fact their burritos are enormous, you’re paying $ 7 but your burrito is at least 1 lb. I actually asked to have the burrito sliced in half and was very glad to have done that. The sides that were served in the chicken meal were good, I loved the beans the most. I could’ve done without the potato salad, Juan Pollo is the boss in that area. Overall this place is legit, it’s fresh, their fast and the service isn’t bad. I believe that customer service is important and my interaction was good so eat well, be happy!

Good tasting chicken, but the burrito is kind of boring, as it’s just chicken, rice, beans and cheese. Mac and queso was decent.

Decent food a little on the expensive side $ 6+ dollars for a bean rice and cheese burrito is a little insane but the chicken is better than El Pollo Loco in my opinion the staff is hit or miss I’ve had great service and I’ve had rude service I for one will give this place one more chance next time I’m craving chicken but the service I get will definitely make or break it for me.

The chicken is moist and has ok flavor. I personally like Juan Pollo better but I love Love Love Fuego’s White Sauce(pretty much garlic spread). I appreciate that they offer alternatives to Tortillas such as Pita bread. The white sauce slapped on the pita bread with some chicken is the best!!! Their sides are ok. Their rice is like the bootleg version of Juan Pollos rice lol. I think overall they deserve a 7⁄10 for flavor. Will continue ordering from them if we can’t get to Juan Pollo.

Great place to order a family meal at an affordable price. I’ve ordered from here 3 times and usually get the ‘My Family’ meal that comes with enough chicken for 2 – 4 people and 3 medium sides so a small family can make two meals out of it. The last time we went, we ordered the rice, potato salad, and the macaroni and cheese for our sides. I didn’t care for the mac n’ cheese but my husband did(in their defense, I generally don’t care for mac n’ cheese unless it’s homemade). The chicken is always moist and cooked perfectly and the meal also includes corn or flour tortillas and a choice of sauces(red salsa, green salsa, or their white sauce which is a garlic sauce that I don’t care for). The staff is always nice and friendly and the food is ready pretty quickly.

PROS: Chicken was moist. Flavor 8⁄10. Establishment looked clean CONS: Female cashier looked disgusted with her job and had a hard time smiling. I ordered the Family Deal with two(2) whole chicken and three(3) large sides. I came home with three medium size sides. I know they have large containers for the large order or sides because the family sitting down had ordered the same thing I did and the containers their sides came in were a lot larger than mine. Really bothered with the female cashier taking orders because she is the first person you see in the front and every time someone came up to ask for something her face either made a disgusted facial expression or an irritated expression. Would you want someone representing your company in that manner? And from the looks of it, I’m not the only one that has noticed this woman’s behavior/demeanor. I might try this place out again but if I see that girl as the cashier then I’m walking out.

I really liked this chicken. It was flavorful. Loved the hint of lemon. Better than Juan Pollo, as this chicken was juicy and didn’t almost choke me like the dry chicken from Juan Pollo.

Food is good, won’t be coming back. One of the girls there has horrible customer service skills. Its the ugly one that doesn’t smile. Don’t get confused with the happy pretty woman. The many times i was there, the workers has always been welcoming and helpful. Twice, that torta has given me an attitude. She would rush me to order when I’m the only there.

I just moved here and saw this from the street. I checked it out when I wasn’t totally starving but knew I would be hungry later. I am so glad I did! The chicken is so juicy and flavorful that I can barely keep from eating it ALL even though I am not exactly in need of a meal right now. But I tried it and it is so amazingly good. I put a small amount of white meat on a flour tortilla and used some lemon, which is available in the restaurant, and the result was amazing. Just simple, plain but good food. A couple of things to be aware of: if you order all white meat there is an extra two dollar charge. Also even if you get a half a chicken you only get one pack of three tortillas, which is NOT enough so I guess figure out how to order more… Also the menu on line is not exactly correct: there is no corn on the cob, the salad is a cabbage salad rather than lettuce. There might be other differences as well but I didn’t notice them this trip. But the chicken? I never want to be too far away from Fuego 360: it is THAT good. For just a bit more than $ 11 I got two chicken breasts, some tortillas, a cabbage salad and some rice. It isn’t the best deal in the world and you could certainly eat in a real restaurant, as opposed to a fast food place like this, for the same amount or just slightly more. I didn’t even get a drink for that price. But I will say that the food is super good. Fresh. Flavorful. It will be a choice for me for quick take out on work nights I can tell. It is certainly more than similarly cooked chicken at a grocery store but for me at least it is a bit superior in flavor. The location in Corona is clean and they were fast with my order.

I’ve been here a few times now and it SOGOOD every time. Chicken is always moist, my chicken bowls are seriously like 5 lbs. SO much food! I was recommended the green sauce which is super good, I pour it all over. I’m a salsa girl so the more the better for me. The garlic sauce is good too. It’s different than anything I’ve had before. Try it all! Tamara’s protein treats are delicious too! I just love how health inspired this place is. Whenever I’m looking for a quick meal to pick up I always have to get online or check the menu to see what my healthy options are, but I feel like this place is pretty much a straight shot. And then add the fact that they have desserts that are protein packed is so awesome. Atmosphere is always mellow, the place is always clean, Estephany is usually the one working when I go in and she is always telling me what programs they have and ways to get discounts, offering samples, asking me how my day is going, etc. Just great customer service all around. Oh and I’m in and out with my order in 5 minutes or less. I’ve even called my order in one time and it was ready as soon as I got there. All in all I highly recommend this place!

Once upon a time if you wanted to jump on the Mexican Chicken Restaurant you grilled it and named your place with a few buzz Spanish words. Then Pollo Loco sold out hard and well the market was left wide open. For the mean time Juan Pollo was the new standard in the hispanic community but its lack of sides prevented it from really shining with the masses. Now Fuego 360 has thrown its hat in the ring and boy is the fight on. Right off the bat this place is devoid of horrible(And Offensive) Mexican Fiesta decorations. Thanks! Fuego 360 is hands down delicious, thankfully this place doesn’t feel the need to over salt a bird to the point of Hypernatremia like so many others(Pollo Loco, Im Looking at You). Rotisserie cooked moist and full of natural flavors. Good job on keeping it simple. The sides can be gauged like any other hispanic restaurant, beans are ok, rice is ok, salad was ok. The stars here were the Mac and Cheese, the perfect consistency of gooey cheese and noodles. Second is that wonderful garlic white sauce, not sure whats in it but a hint of garlic and horseradish go great with the meal. Give this place shot

The taste was a good. The chicken had a more pronounced citrus flavor which I liked. Unfortunately, our chicken was over done. I love rotisserie chicken when it is done right. It is so juicy and flavorful. Unfortunately, this chicken had none of that. It was a bit mushy and dry. Size-wise, the pieces are small. The drumstick was a little over 4 inches long. From what I remember of Juan Pollo and El Pollo, it may be comparable, so I’m not sure if it’s that much of a negative. The other negative is that we had a 15 minute wait for our order. It wasn’t crowded, only one other person waiting for a burrito. They’ve only been open for a couple of months so it may be some startup issues. Overall, for me, it’s in the same class as Cárdenas, Juan Pollo and El Pollo.

I have had many rotisserie chicken in my life. This is comfort food to the max. The seasoning they put on their chicken is amazing. I’m trying to figure out if what they put in it is even legal!!! Seriously crack chicken… so good. I am a big fan of garlic and when I open my to-go box, garlic filled my nose. I ordered a few things… okay more than just a few ½ chicken Side of rice Side of beans Pita bread And their BRC(beans, rice, chicken) Burrito with Takis chips(I’m guessing it’s part of their secret menu) Hey I know what you’re thinking… I pretty much ordered the same thing just in burrito form(don’t judge me!) I’m not going to lie, I pretty much devoured the whole thing within 30mins. I wanted to crawl under a rock and die afterwards because my life felt complete. It was orgasmic. I couldn’t share with my family because I already ate it all, oh well their loss. Next time around I’m just going to order the burrito, so I won’t feel ashamed about myself. ps I’m going to try and make their white sauce. Does anyone know where I can find magic? because I think that’s the secret ingredient.

I tried to hit them up on opening day, but they ran out of chicken. They were really apologetic and nice about it, so we called today and checked before we drove over. Today we tried the Our Family combo — two chickens, 3 large sides, bread(we picked pita) and sauce(we picked white). It was ready pretty quickly and both cashiers were really friendly. The drive home sucked because the food smelled so good! The chicken is amazing! The whole bird is moist, seasoned and tender. We tried the beans, rice and potato salad and loved all three. The rice has chicken in it, just as a heads-up to vegetarians. My only complaint is that for the two-chicken meal, they only gave us two pitas, cut into four wedges each. Also, there were only two tiny containers of sauce. I would suggest ordering extra if you like sauce. But for $ 30(after tax), it was a great deal and we’ll be back soon. They also have a ton of drink options. They offer 2-liter sodas, a soda fountain, a Gold Peak Tea fountain, Olé horchata, orange bang and jamaica, plus bottled drinks like Mexican Coke, Jarritos, and sparkling water. For dessert, they offer flan and rice pudding.
