this tacobell sucks… the lady that took my order was rude… she’s lucky I can’t find my receipt or I would have include her name!!! I asked for a nacho supreme, chicken instead of beef… they got that part right, however there was barely any nacho cheese on it…
now she did ask me if I wanted sauce, and I inquired is there’s some sort or jalapeño sauce and she rung it up separately, so I have 2 separate transactions… mind you I asked before I paid smh the lady is just slow and doesn’t like her job… she made my experience a pain… this is supposed to befast food, not last food

Was here this morning and was disappointed in how I saw manager (Thelma I believe) treating her employee. I over heard employee apologize to a customer about something not being ready and offered to bring it to him, who worked in one of the buildings right outside. Manager yelled at her saying you can’t treat people like they are «special».I’m sorry I feel like that’s customer appreciation. Especially since I know the business’ here spend a lot of money here.
Just not professional what so ever. I felt bad for the lady who I saw leave just after crying.

Best Taco Bell ever. When I ask for a smothered burrito I have to go in my snorkeling gear because that burrito is SMOTHERED LIKE NO OTHER that I practically have to swim to enjoy it, which is just how I love it.

I only get take-​out or drive-​thru here, but the staff is totally top notch and I’ve never felt like I end up waiting long to get my meal. The shopping center is a huge pain to get in and out of though.

I was ciming from out of town traveling with my kids in the car. I was soo tired and tried to stop here to get a coffee. and to feed my kids so I wouldnt fall asleep driving. The food was ok but they wouldnt give me coffee and It was on the menu. the cashier said oh we only make coffee in the morning. It was only 8pm?
