Waiter was terrible. Waited 15 minutes for drinks at 10:30 at night, they were not busy at all. Had to ask multiple times for the same things. Friends met us and the table was full of empty plates, I asked the waiter if he could please bus the table after twenty minutes I got up and moved everything to the table next to us and he had seen that and walked past it three times with nothing in his hands(could have taken the plates himself) A bus boy came by and he said«bro can you get those»! I couldn’t believe it, so lazy! I get it if you’re busy and need some help but, he could have easily have done it. The bus boys are busy enough! Work for your tip a little! When the bill came I asked for him to use my points from my rewards never did, asked again and be applied it and told me how much I had, I asked for a print out to see what my points could be used for came back with the paper with just the points, I asked AGAIN what my points could be used for, and he told me off his«memory» I could have $ 10 off. Seemed to me he just wanted the bill to be high so his tip could be more. Spoke to the manager and to my surprise he didn’t seem like he really cared himself, didn’t even ask if there was anything he could do! Food was great but, we will defiantly not be returning after tonight’s experience! Doesn’t matter how good the food is if the service sucks it’s not enjoyable. Been coming her for years and never had issues until tonight. Very disappointed!

A total sh@t hole. You’d be a fool to eat here. Either that or you wouldn’t know a good meal if it jumped up and slapped you in the tastebuds.

The waiter threw our coasters on the table; he looked like he hated his job. The pizza was good, though. I’d rather just have the food for carry-out.

Amazing service! Let me premise. We tried to enjoy a fancy dinner at a 5 star restaurant and received mediocre food and worse service. Excuses on over and under cooked food and worse service with no apologies. Came to BJ’S for a simple meal and had a short delay on one of our plates. When the staff became aware they stepped up. Apolgized comped the plate and reacted quickly. Awesome service and great food. Mgr came out and said sorry. She didn’t have to but that was appreciated. Exceptional staff and great food. Thanks for a great experience.

Excellent meal here on Sunday evening. Opted for the bar seating and swooped in when someone got up rather than wait the thirty minutes for the restaurant table. Had the IPA which was strong and delicious. Artichoke dip stuffed mushrooms, fried artichokes, and chipotle bleu cheese burger were all very very tasty. Always get the wedge fries versus the skinny fries. Never a bad meal here. Service was slow unfortunately on this night. Will return on Sunday, cool atmosphere.

Customer service, customer service, customer service, unprofessional, unfriendly, unbelievable rude. I love food and fun atmosphere, went here three different times, we always give second, third chances, and I only write reviews when a place is great, or not so great. And this place not so great, food is good, tasty, But drinks are super water downed, and staff very unfriendly, rude, and unprofessional. Go here and see for your self, that is if you want good food and horrible service. Consumer beware.

Food is good. I eat here a few times a week and the food sometimes can be inconsistent. When it is the managers are pretty good with resolving it. Staff members are pretty nice. Best tip I can give is use the BJs app if ordering to go. The BJs app makes it easy to order pay and go. Also with the app you accumulate points to earn free food and drinks. The one things I wish the app supported which is used to is Apple Pay.

Great food, amazing aps and phenomenal beer! I love this place. The issue is it ALWAYS leads to a fight with my wife. I always wanna eat here… She would rather not step foot in this place. So why the complaint? It’s the service! 10 mins to get a water. no refills at all even three requests later. It’d be faster if I input the orders, made the food, brought it out and wrote the bill myself. I’m sorry BJs but this is our breakup. I’m leaving you because of your shitty service we always get here for my wife.

BJs is a pretty decent place to go for a good meal. When visiting, we ordered the stuffed mushrooms and the carnita Verde fries to start. I really loved those fries. I ordered the clam chowder soup in a bread bowl. My partner had the chili in the bread bowl. We loved our soups. I enjoyed how diverse the menu is. There is always a lot of great food to choose from. The servers were nice and attentive. Outdoor seating is very nice, we prefer it when visiting.. Music can be a bit loud out here though, it can get hard to hear the people at your table. Food was delicious. Serving sizes here can be really big. My partner also had a bloody mary, which he loved. Their mixed drinks are usually quite delicious.

Pleasant experience here with the BFF and our 4 littles. We went at 4:30 pm on Sunday and beat the rush. We ordered the Sriracha queso with pork chile verde, the golden beet and arugula salad, a small BJ’s favorite pizza, and kids meals of chicken tenders, mac and cheese, mini corn dogs, and grilled cheese. Everything was delicious, hot, and well prepared! The queso dip and salad were the standouts for me. I wouldn’t have imagined these at BJs. The menu looks like it has been revamped since the last time I was there. Lots of promising options for next time. We couldn’t stop eye balling the other tables’ orders as they came out. Service was quick and friendly. Great job, BJs! I’ll be back!

Service: 2.5 — 3 stars. Our waiter literally threw over/tossed down the coasters for the drinks we ordered vs. simply placing them flat onto the table and setting our drinks atop. It sounds like a small thing, but it set the tone, which was way too informal and(word from my boyfriend, who is hard to offend) «classless.» This was also done without any formality or humorous comment, which might’ve made it more acceptable. The waiter just walked off after. Also, the olives in my boyfriend’s martini came 10 minutes after the waiter brought our drinks, in a separate cup(?). Overall just seems like some of the staff need training in hospitality etiquette. Food: 3 stars. We ordered salads and pizookie so it’s hard to say whether the food here is great or not. It’s hard to mess up salad and the pizookie tasted just like they do at other BJs locations.

This place has definitely gone downhill. I just came a few weeks ago and it was so busy the kitchen couldn’t keep up. People were complaining left and right, and food was coming out cold or burnt. Instead of the manager waiting to seat people, the hostess continued to seat people which the servers didn’t even have time to greet nor take tables orders. It took my server 20 min just to take my drink order and by the time my food came(1.5 hrs later) my family’s food was burnt! Today is not as bad, but still a disappointment. I came to enjoy the weather and sit outside with my family. I saw the outside patio tables and just about all the empty tables still had used cutlery on them. The server looked overwhelmed to stop and grab some plates. When the busser came outside, she snapped on him to grab some plates, but still about a good two tables left because they had been sitting at their tables for awhile waiting to be helped. This restaurant overall is a disappointment. It clearly needs new management.

Although it’s not too far from my fiancé’s residence, we wouldn’t normally come to BJ’s Brewhouse Restaurant. My stepson and daughter-in-law with whom we haven’t seen for some time, however, invited us here for dinner. For that, we were most appreciative. Still, my fiancé insisted that I not forget to submit a bad review for this place. So, here goes… The dinner started off well. Our waiter was pleasant and took our appetizer orders quickly. We ordered Chicken Wings, California Club Flatbread Pizza, and Santa Fe Spring Rolls. All were good. Us adults busily yacked away, catching up on each other’s lives, while taking nibbles here and there of our appetizers, not paying attention to how much time had passed since we had first put in our dinner orders. It wasn’t until our 7-year old granddaughter nudged me away from our conversation and look at me with her big, doe eyes of hers, that I noticed that almost a full hour had passed. She asked, «Grammy, when is our food coming? We’ve been waiting soooo long and I hate waiting so long, when I’m hungry.» Guilt-ridden from not putting both of our granddaughters’ needs before ours, I quickly searched for our server. I diverted their attention by having them color in the objects on their paper menus, so that Grammy could judge their artwork. Our meals finally arrived. My granddaughters’ kids’ meals arrived first. Immediately, they began to stuff themselves, burning their delicate little tongues, since the Mac ‘n’ Cheese and Happy Face Potatoes came without a heat caution. The adult meals, on the other hand, arrived at room temperature. Our runners kept switching along the way and, as a result, they were rushed and didn’t know who ordered what. We had to keep trading all of our plates with one another. My fiancé had ordered a Medium 12″ BJ’s Favorite Deep Dish Pizza for $ 20.95 all for himself, with the intent of taking home the leftovers to eat the next day. The dough was cold and he couldn’t detect any tomato sauce. He only ate two forgettable slices and asked for a To-Go box for the remainder. Isn’t BJ’s known for their pizza and whose ‘Favorite’ was it anyway? Not my fiancé’s, at this point. He actually threw the pizza away when he got home. $ 20.95 down the drain. The handcrafted burgers on the menu had caught the eyes of my stepson and mine. I had looked forward to biting into their NEW Portebello Swiss Burger. Since it was priced high at $ 12.95, I had expected it to taste like a gourmet burger. It did not. It was as if it had been ‘fire-grilled’ several hours prior. I was unable to detect the taste of carmelized onions(though I saw them), balsamic vinaigrette, and garlic aioli that was advertised. My burger was served with a large helping of thin-cut fries that were neither hot nor crispy. My stepson had their NEW Fully Loaded Bacon-Guacamole Deluxe Burger for $ 11.95. He’s a man with few words, but you could just tell by his expression that he felt indifferent about his burger, leaving half of it untouched. Understand that my stepson is a large, 6′, part Samoan CAL-Firefighter with a ferocious appetite(usually), who just returned three days ago from fighting the explosive wildfires in Northern California, wanting to take his father and his fiancée out to what he thought would be a nice dinner. I don’t recall what burger my daughter-in-law ordered, but she was equally unimpressed. We finished off at least portions of our burgers, not because we enjoyed them, but because we had all saved ourselves for dinner and was hungry enough to eat just about anything that was put in front of us. Another runner interrupted us, with two plates of appetizers in hand. «Alright. Who ordered some Wings?» Wrong table. He went onto the next table over and it wasn’t theirs either. The error had prompted a discreet remark from my fiancé that those same $ 9.95BJ’s Premium Wings we had eaten at the start of our meals tasted better than all of our individual dinners combined. We should have just lied and said they were ours. At least the dessert was promising because we each ordered individual Pizookies, which BJ’s is also well known for. Our table hadn’t been cleared off by the time our Pizookies arrived at the table though. So, we stacked our dinner plates atop each other ourselves to make room, while a different runner passed out our chosen desserts incorrectly once more. We decided the next time we planned a Catch-up dinner, WE would be the ones to treat,…but select another spot.

If you expect good service at this location, you’re gonna have a bad time. Forgot our drinks. Forgot my salad. Forgot to tell us they were out of chili until we asked where the chili we ordered was. Forgot to put toppings on baked potato, and apparently the cook forgot to take the steak off the grill because the medium rare meat came out well done*. But it’s okay. We’ll forget just this BJ’s location exists and never come back. *The manager did come(awkwardly) by the table, and offered my diabetic significant other a free pazooki… if that somehow makes the disappointing $ 60 dinner better.

Excellent food and service. Was expecting to wait a long time since it’s mothers day but we were seated right away. My server Damian was awesome and attentive to all our needs. Extremely satisfied.
