This location and its employees have a love/​hate relationship with their customers. I come pretty often since it is in my area and boy have I seen better days.
The location itself is pretty well stocked and always is clean. Sometimes you’ll get a pleasant customer service experience other days you’ll get these evil eyes looking up and down at you. Try not to bring your children around this location because they will tell them to stop sampling things and it’s for «adults». Yeah okay, so rude. Children wash their hands too… Anywho back to the point. Clean store, decent service or simply rude. I get its your job but being standoffish is seriously the last thing you should be at a retail job.

First bad incident, the older round man behind the counter needs a attitude check and needs to be placed in a school where mannerism is his main focus because this man is SO RUDE. I brought in a candle for an exchange because it did not burn completely and they have a «100% satisfaction guarantee» policy. I brought this in picked out another candle for the swap and asked him to do an exchange. He simply replied with «you used the candle it looks like you burned half of it». …NO SH! T that’s why I am exchanging it because these candles are $ 22 and burning them to the bottom should be the goal. Not only did he question me he rolled his eyes and scoffed. Again, I come here often and this is incident one.
Second, I was accused of stealing because I took a photo of a Chapstick (which was also a tester might I add) to read the ingredients because I have a sensitivity to heavy product which causes me to break out. Eat a bag of ween dude, this man seriously needs to better himself.

I’m going to start off by saying that I spend over a grand a year on BBW products. That calculation is no exaggeration and to be honest it is most likely more, because most of my gifts for family and friends are BBW products. Not only do I buy online, but I purchase at this store. Here is my problem with this location. Rude customer service. This location is a bit upper scale, but these employees act like they are in Beverly Hills or something. Very snobby, very rude. Right now their semi-​annual is going on. I had a few questions about a couple of scents, and I was confused about what was being sold only online and what would be in stores. The girl helping me acted as if i was a bother to her. This location is also very weird with coupons and returns. Because I have had such a bad experience here so many times. I’ve decided I’m just going to stick with buying online. I don’t need to be treated crappy by employees who most likely make minimum wage, but act like they could be on Robin Leach’s lifestyles of the rich and famous. Nobody has time for all that.

I stopped into Bath and Body today to get some wallflower scents and I was immediately greeted by a young woman who was genuinely helpful and very polite! She helped me the entire time, showing me different scents I may like and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. While it sounds minor, it’s hard to find these days! Her name is Yvette and she’s definitely an asset to your team!

Love all of the beautiful smells in here! Well almost all of them. I do prefer some scents over others. My favorite right now is a seasonal one called, Beautiful Day. I have it in a hand sanitizer, a body cream, and a body lotion. I love when they have sales as well which seems like always. When you purchase an item they also give you a coupon. The staff here is okay. I feel that I helped myself more than they did. I shall continue coming here more for the products than the staff. I can’t wait to experiment with other seasonal scents. I also love that this location is very close to my all time favorite clothing store so coming here for future scent purchases is going to be a no brainer.

I love the products from Bath and Body works. My friends and family loved them too. Every time there is a sale I always take advantage of it. I bought 2 large body sprays, one body lotion and one body wash for $ 24. For any birthday or holiday gift they have the perfect price, size and scent. My husband loves the body sprays for men. This location is very close to my home. Good and helpful customer service. Very nice ladies helping you out with any questions or products. Will definitely be back to this location.

I like to visit this store because I like their products and they always have discounts on items. But sometimes, the workers aren’t reasonable and lazy.

This is one of those stores where the workers are so incompetent that they can’t calculate your change without the help of either the cash register or a calculator. Example= Today I came here and the item costed $ 3.27ish. I put down $ 4.00 on the counter and verbally told the cashier that I needed to look in my bag for the .27 cents… unfortunately she immediately rang up $ 4.00 the moment she saw me put it on the counter. I then gave her the 27 cents, but she could not figure out how much she owed me. I told her that it was gonna be $ 1.00 back, but she wouldn’t listen and just kept insisting I take the 73 cents. No common sense here.

Maybe its just me, but it seems like all Bath & Body Works has been having continuous sales for quite some time. Or it could be just coincidence that I come in only during sales. I always walk out of here with the buy 6 for something sale. This time is no different. Hand wash and lotions again for the bathroom and kitchen…
