I have been a client of Bobbi Ann’s for years, and have never been disappointed. Ask for her and you can expect someone who will listen carefully and try exceptionally hard to deliver on your vision. The shop is lovely and if you want a quiet appointment, book a Monday visit when many stylists take the day off… It is a great day to book Bobbi Ann.

What is unique about this place is the opportunity for interaction with other customers. When you are getting the color applied to your hair, Kittie has you sit in the chair next to the person whose hair she is cutting. As a result, you are able to interact with both Kittie and the customer in the next chair. Her customers almost always have something interesting to say.

This salon is in DIRE need of updating & deep cleaning. It is horribly run down & dirty and it smells of sewage? It is a great location and has huge potential to be a beautiful salon but sadly it has seen better days.
This would be an IDEAL business to get overhauled by one of those reality series where a business savvy professional makes it hip, clean & profitable again!

Bobby did my hair, she was hair dresser of my friend Karen. I left a 35 something gal that loved her men customers more tan old women, like me. Bobby got my color perfect and my cut perfect for a mature and demanding woman. She is a lovely woman and we enjoyed shared stories. I recommend her for listening, understanding, and professional skills. Thank you Bobby. I will be back.

Got my Hair cut and cover the greys .Guys need it done right also… Big difference in appearance .If you wanna look good for personal or professional reasons .its nice to be able to go into a place that’s Guy friendly and come out looking good. I am really super happy I have been going to this place now since 2006 and Kelly H. is just amazing. She is a Stylist with Great Skill in cut and color. Thanks Kelly for making me look my best. A very friendly salon, they make you feel comfortable. Suzanne DeRose is my stylist for over 8 years and she is amazing with color and cutting. My last shorter cut has been growing out over 14 weeks and the style has held up really well. She listens to what the customer wants and pays attention to the details. Suzanne is beautiful and friendly person who is very professional.

I highly recommend this place and Susanne DeRoze. She is great with color, cuts and special styles too (she even did my wedding do and it was exactly what I wanted). My hair can be tricky because it’s long and has highlights and lowlights, but she totally gets it. Thanks Susanne. Just look at the picture!

Bahar cut my hair after not getting a haircut for ages, and it turned out great! She washed my hair, spent a lot of time cutting it, and blow tried/​styled it for an affordable price. I also got highlights in my hair last year as well and I was very pleased. I love coming to Bahar because she is friendly and knows what she is doing as well. I would recommend going to Bahar for any hair needs :)

I’ve been going to Kittie for almost a year. She is absolutely the BEST!!! She gives the greatest haircut. She really listens to me and what I want. What a concept! A hairdresser that listens to you and does your hair the way you want it. She is a one in a million. My only regret is that I didn’t meet her years ago! If you want a good cut and AMAZING service, this is the place. Kittie and her entire staff is unbelievable! Thanks for making my salon experience enjoyable again!

I’m currently living in San Francisco and came down to Orange County to visit family and was in dire need of a good haircut. A friend recommended Bahar at Kittie Olivier and I am grateful for that advice!
Bahar was wonderful, she listened to me and offered me her expert opinion. And what turned out was a wonderful haircut! My hair feels healthy and light, Bahar really worked magic! I’m very picky when it comes to salons and my hair and do not trust just anyone, but I’m glad I trusted Bahar. I will definitely be back when I’m visiting again!

I’ve been going to Kittie Olivier’s for about 3 years. Alicia is my stylist and I love her! She finds ways to balance my desire to look edgy with my need to look conservative at work. She did my hair for my wedding and Allie did the hair for my attendants. Everyone looked amazing and I was really happy with their work. Sometimes I just go in for a blow out and styling and Alicia does a great job… I feel so much better going out on the town after a professional styling!

Alicia is my stylist and she is AWESOME! Everyone at Kittie’s is wonderful; I have used several different stylists before I worked with Alicia when my former stylist was out of town. They are all great, and just like Alicia, she listens to what I have to say and she does what I ask. She is always on time and flexible when I have to change an appointment. I could not be more pleased with Alicia and with Kittie Olivier’s. And you don’t feel like you have to dress up to come to the salon. It is very comfortable and not pretentious at all. And you can get a facial before your hair then have Rose work on your feet then get your nails done!
Again, Alicia is AWESOME!

Kittie Olivier is a great salon! This is no stuffy, pretentious, elitist salon. Kittie is a really great lady and wonderful at her craft. When I get in to see her, I pretty much let her do what she wants and always leave looking and feeling better than when I arrived. I live in Long Beach and tried to find someone/​someplace closer to home, but I must say, I just haven’t. Kittie Olivier is well worth the drive.

Feather Hair Extensions for only $ 20!
I was helped by Alicia Scott that day. She sells the small bundles of three feathers for $ 10 and if you want her to put it on for you, another $ 10. I really liked the feathers she had because they were thicker and puffier than the ones I saw at other places. I ended up getting two bundles of feathers in my hair. Check out my pictures to see how they looked!
If you are considering feather extensions, I highly recommend them. They are so easy to maintain! You just clean them as if they were a part of your hair. Also, the feathers can be curled or straighten to match any hairstyle!

I’ve been going to Kittie since 1999 and love it every time. She’s done my color from dark to platinum, pixie to medium length. I trust her enough to sit in the chair and let her go to town because I know it will always look great. She also cuts the hair of my four kids, one of whom gets the Brazilian Blow-​out on her insanely unruly hair. She keeps us all up to par for The OC! :D
It’s a mellow environment with nice music, the cool ocean air breezing through… I’m on vacation when I sit in the chair!
