I’ve know Sophie since she was a tween… she’s always had a spiritual and intuitive way about her… I’ve practiced yoga for 10 years and always thought Sophie would be great at it. I remember doing poses with her the first time I met her in Emerald Isle, NC… She was a newbie to yoga at the time, but always a natural at yoga.
I am so glad she is pursuing Yoga as a career and a passion… It’s a beautiful thing.
