Went with small group of adults and kids. Owner served us personally. Best fish and chips I’d had in about 12 years. Great all local brews on tap. Only downside was that there were only two people working the room due to people calling in sick. At full staffing this place is perfection. Also, gov’t sanitation score of 99.5 makes me trust the food is safe to eat(other restaurants in area have scores in 70s and 80s.)

After hearing some good stuff about the Corolla Brew pub it was a must stop on the list. So we came in for lunch to check out their food and mostly there beer. Now I had hoped there selection on tap would have been a little longer, idk if I had a number in mind for the amount of tap they should have had but I just felt there should have been more. Granted if you were will to settle on a bottle there must’ve been between 40 – 50 beers on tap, Not that I counted but there was a lot. I ended up ordering their porter and a Pulled pork sandwich and split app with a friend. The beer was great, and the sandwich was huge. The pork had a great Smokey taste to it. Slightly dryer then I would have liked but a great taste still. The app on the other hand was a crab potato skin, and I just wasn’t impressed for a couple reasons, one it was good but not anything that great. 2 it cost almost 10 bucks and you got 2 skins. 3 my sandwich had more food that was awesome for only 8 bucks! Moral, go for lunch skip the app and get a great sandwich!

for the beer lover. agreed with past reviewer that this is the place to go in the upper outer banks. full of friendly locals even in off season. food was delicious and inexpensive. their own brews have great mouthfeel; the nut brown was ripe w flavor.

If youre on the northern banks, this is THE option for a brew pub, thankfully it’s pretty good. Their beers are respectable, the food as well. Service was average. Their pretzels are VERY good and the location is convenient if you are Duck north, if you are in KDH south head to the Brewing Station.

We stopped here in the offseason. Run by locals, they are very friendly and the food choices were many. I ordered the Reuben and my friends both got the chowder and the German pretzel. Mmmmmmm. They also do breakfast and have a lot of beers on tap in the summer season.
