Had an appointment for 8 – 8:30am. No call, no show. Sat around waiting. Kids were late to practice while waiting. Store didn’t open until 10. They answer I got was you were suppose to be first, don’t know what happened. Was suppose to call installers and get back to me. Didn’t happen. I called again. Still no answer. I had to then take the day off of work and lose money. I asked for money off since I lost money and wasted hours of my time and the salesmen basically laughed at me and made me feel like my time wasn’t valuable. I would never use them again based on the customer service and will never recommend them.
