BEST DUNKIN DONUTS IN THE MIDWEST! The staff interact with each other well and seem like they enjoy each other’s company, which makes me more comfortable going there.

The glazed donuts are a real treat for the family. Haven’t tried the other varieties, so cannot vouch for other kinds. Customer service at window has been pleasant. I am a repeat customer.

Dunkin donuts is always one of those treats I would buy and bring back from business trips. Until they opened here, it was hard to find donuts in the area. Daylight donuts is good, but clear on the other side of town. Anyways, now that we have our own nearby, I don’t love dunkin donuts as much. I wish they had real old fashioned donuts, like the ones in Los Angeles, for example.

I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago so we have a ton of DD there but I have had bad quality drinks there! I have been to the one here twice now and it’s been great! I ordered a hazelnut iced coffee the first time and today just ordered a vanilla iced coffee. Both times I have been upgraded to a large for free because they ran out of medium cups! Everyone here has been nice and the service has been fast. The way the employees interact with each other is a little unprofessional but other than that my experiences have been great!

ORDERED: Small original blend black coffee, drive thru ($ 1.39 + 8 cents in tax).
SERVICE: I ordered the coffee, speaker lady stated $ 1.74, got to window it was actually $ 1.47, transpose goes in Mike P’s favor.
RECEIPT: The receipt for a transaction for my cup of coffee is eight inches long yet the coffee is still abbreviated as «Ht Cof SM OrigBlnd». What the fawk, you can use all this paper for a simple transaction but can’t spell out my shit?
EIGHT CENTS TAX? Seriously Iowa City what the hell are you funding?

Service was fast and friendly. The donuts are good but I dunno that they are any better than Hy-​Vee (though it is much more convenient to buy them here). I think the donuts at Daylight Donuts are probably better, but it’s sort of a moot point for me when Daylight is on the other side of town and Dunkin is a couple blocks from home.

Friendly and accommodating staff here, especially considering all the traffic during their grand opening. As with any new restaurant, it has been packed non-​stop and employees are still learning efficiencies. I’ve been here twice and can confidently say the food is great and the staff is friendly.
