I got my legs waxed here and the lady did a horrible job. She used 2 different waxes one kind on one leg the other on the other leg. Then when she went to remove the wax with the striping paper and never folded the paper to a clean piece. She used the same one over and over without folding it and hurt me so bad! Then when she did my French polish on my toes it’s not even and not straight.
My friend got eyelash extensions and the lady Sunny used so much glue. We couldn’t even take it off with lash remover so we had to go back there and it took them about 20 mins to get them off.
The reason I gave a star is because the main guy in front does good pink and whites.

They changed owners. Used to be a lovely place but not anymore. HORRIBLE experience! Gave it one star because there is no lower option. Their instruments are dirty and don’t clean the pedicure tubs. They did not use the color I chose (and was badly painted!) and after arguing with me they wanted to charge me again to remove and correct their mistake! While there an older lady walked in and they were mocking her in their language. She also left disappointed. NEVER going back again. Don’t waste your time or money. Go somewhere else.

So I tried this place bc it’s close to my job went last Monday got get manicure. The lady was very sweet. Over the weekend one popped off. No big deal maybe bc I washed my hair more than usual so I go there today on my lunch break (exactly a week) to get the ONE nail re painted. I get there 40 minutes later the gentlemen tells me to come back (after people who came in after me get helped) and he asks me when I came. I said exactly a week ago. He says well these look 3 weeks old. I said ok… Meanwhile only one peeled off the rest were perfect obviously my nails grew a little. Then he asks me who did it. I said the lady was sitting there. Do you want the receipt bc I have it… Keeps going on about how they look so old I need a new manicure. Then is telling me the color I claimed I used wasn’t even the same. I said yes she did 3 coats. 3 coats later it’s exactly the same… I have just never felt so uncomfortable anywhere while he’s talking in another language probably about me. If I knew what I was walking into I would have gone to my usual place and spent the 30. I will never go back! No customer service. As if I was trying to get away with ONE nail being fixed. Mortified…

I went in today for a basic pedicure, and the nail technician butchered my toes. As you can see from the picture, I am still bleeding even four hours later. This was the most painful, unprofessional pedicure I have ever received in my life. Do NOT get the older woman. She treats your flesh as if it is wood. She not only stabbed me repeatedly with the utensils, she also stabbed me during the «massage» with her fingernails (which were too long). I can’t believe I paid for this torture. I will never, ever go back to this dump.

I needed a last minute pedicure and when I called to see if they could take me and they said to come right in. I did and it’s nice and clean inside and everyone there was very welcoming and polite. I got a basic pedicure for $ 20 and sat in a super comfy massage chair and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. They also had a wide variety of colors to choose from. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. They offer quality, affordable, and overall excellent services.

I’ve been coming here for a few years. The owners are wonderful as is the staff. As soon as you come in you are greeted immediately. They have all of the newest colors, but are respectful I f your decisions. The ambiance is relaxing and with a glass of wine, you can’t go wrong!

I came back for a pedi and it came out great. I have to deduct a star because often times when I’m paying for a service the employees ask personal questions like «are you married? Do you have boyfriend? Do you work? Do you have kids?»
This happens every time, in every nail salon, across the country.
Pretty aggravating having to answers questions that should restricted to a W-​2 form. I’d much rather be asked about my hobbies, favorite restaurants and travel destinations. This time in addition to the above questions I kept being asked how much the dress I’m wearing costs and where I brought it from.
Can’t wait to go back up North to my ladies at my regular nail salon where I can close my eyes and relax.

I went here on an emergency «I need a mani and every other place is closed» moment around 30 minutes before they closed. I was happy they took me in without an appointment but I should’ve realized that it just wasn’t worth it. The owner of the place made sure I got helped right away but the manicurist who ended up helping me was terrible! She rushed through the whole thing, I had to basically tell her that she was missing some spots on several nails, she didn’t add the cuticle oil, and I ended up having my nails full of air bubbles. I honestly could’ve done a better job. I explained to the owner that I wasn’t really happy and he made sure that another manicurist paint a 3^rd top coat but at that point, I was already disappointed and it was really a waste of my time and $ 12. At least the prices aren’t too bad but I’ll never come back. As for the name of the first manicurist, I forgot to ask (sorry)!

I went here for the first time due to the reviews! BOY WAS THAT A MISTAKE! The women who did my full set did a horrible horrible job! First of all, she used what seemed like the entire container of powder for both nails! They were so thick, my nails literally felt heavy and they were also barely attached to my nail! If I held my hand up and turned it to the side the tip of the nails looked like they were bending away from my nail. as if they were ready to do a back flip! I was never offered complimentary wine or water at that! I also asked for the tips to be oval rather then square and they weren’t oval shape like every other nail salon I have been too the entire nail looked like a circle! so awkward and weird looking! I called after I left bc I didn’t want to hurt the girls feelings and the manager said I could come back in and have them fixed. I truly believed that would never happen there was no going back for that disaster! I ripped them all off this morning using a kit a got from cvs! it look forever bc they were so thick! all in all the place looked great but the service was too awful for return! BEWARE of this lady! I don’t know her name she wasn’t wearing a name tag like the other people were! but you’ll be able to tell if you get her just by the amount of gel she puts on one nail! GOOD LUCK!

Love this place! Very nice staff and jenny is great. The atmosphere is lovely and the prices are reasonable.

I finally found the perfect place, Ricky’s Pink & Whites are perfect, he is a perfectionist and his wife does the BEST pedicures. They are owners that go out of the way to make you comfortable and happy. Not to mention he offers everyone a glass of wine or beverage to wind down and enjoy. I’ve been to every place in Coral Springs and they are tops! Take it from me, I’m OCD, lol :)

Good place. Its spotless and well maintained. They are all very friendly and do a very good job. No chemical odors at all. All in all a good place to get your nails done.

Lien has left the salon and gone to Simply Me salon on Coral Ridge in Coral Springs. My review caused the owners to be very unhappy with me and my comments. I simply wrote what I observed and felt and hoepfully they will take it and make the changes so people say what they want it to say. As for me, I am following Lien.
