The McDonald’s in Coral Springs, on University Dr. is the WORSE in Broward County I’ve seen yet! Time & time again, I’ve stopped in hoping it would be better. Well, I QUIT! From Management on down, it is terrible. It takes a lot for me to say TERRIBLE… Corporate needs to secretly pay a visit & just watch. The last time I was in there, a truck driver had all his paperwork spread on the ordering counter & NO ONE took our order until the Manager had done her signing. WTH! Is this a place for delivery paperwork??? NO! And don’t get me started on the (dried/​hard breakfast/​heat lamp dry) horrible quality of the food there.
We stood there like we were in outerspace! **Get you act together McDonald’s!

Seriously… you advertise a special sandwich, put GIANT pictures of the thing on your Windows AND Drive thru menu and then the person behind the Mic has no idea what I’m talking about when i order it. THEN, I change my order to something else because my original order is I obviously too difficult and when I get home it’s wrong… not one sandwich, but BOTH sandwiches. I WILL NOT WASTE MY MONEY HERE AGAIN. What the hell???

Customer service is awesome here. Food always fresh. The employees are always willing to work with you. Lobby is always clean when I come in. This McDonald’s is indeed above average.

Been here a bunch of times. Just your old standard Micky Ds. Drive thru is quick and my order doesn’t get screwed up. Really just a boring review for a boring place. LOL.
