We paid for a passport to be delivered overnight. Fed Ex promised they could do this, and our tracking noted it was on the truck when it really wasn’t. Our passport was never delivered! Apparently overnight does not mean overnight, it means two possibly three days later.

The email to print(print and go) option via the machine does not work, as I sent just the attachment four different times and after 35 minutes I did not receive my code. The option to print from Google Drive does not work, as after it has me log in and verify my identity it times out on their receiver, repeatedly. I asked the young man working to help me 6 different times, to which his answer was«Well you can use the computer and pay separately for that too». This place is completely useless and so is the service or lack thereof from their employee– that was on staff today at 4pm. 40 minutes of my day I will never get back, for one sheet of paper printed that I never received.

Such a bad experience that not only would I never go back to this store, but I think I’m done with this company altogether. The manager, Brett, told me twice that he wasn’t supposed to be working as though I was supposed to be thankful that he was there. This was after he finished his line, saw me waiting, and ignored me completely. When I got his attention, he expected me to shout across the room what I needed. I was met with attitude and eye rolling. This is not a person who understands customer service, and it is a shame he is representing this company. Other customers were apologizing for the way I was treated while Brett told me I didn’t have to ship with FedEx and asked if I wanted to ship with them«or not.» Now that I need their services again, I’ve realized other alternatives are better. The regional manager did call me to apologize for Brett, and as much as I appreciate that, I do not accept how he treated me and don’t have to tolerate it.

Came in here to accompany my sister-in-law to send some packages, the staff was mega friendly. One of the staff members was in training and the other employees were helping him out. Team players. When I came in, it was quiet and I made a comment so they started singing. That kind of atmosphere. Therefore, ask for Johnny. He’ll help you with all your shipping needs and even sing if you get bored in the process. You can buy boxes here if needed, office supplies, tape if you forgot and so on. If you’re a newbie to shipping things. Just ask them questions… They’ll be able to give you pricing and instructions on what to do. This is one of the first locations where I notice the staff doesn’t mind helping you. We messed up wrapping our package and instead of making us do it. Johnny helped us fix the package and send it out correctly. So if you live in this area, come here for great customer service. Also, little tid bit: Johnny might even have some lunch suggestions in the area. Just ask!
