Don’t go! Went for eyelash extensions, my eyes were burning, and she almost glued my eye shut! I asked her to stop and when she was taking off the few she put on, she pulled my eyelashes off trying to get the glue off. I had to get a refund. I have had eyelash extensions many times and have never experienced anything like this. There is still glue all over my eyelashes!

Sad experience. Bought a groupon and was very excited to get lash extensions. Arrived Promptly for a 2pm appointment. After nearly a 30 minute wait someone appeared, told me the wait would be significantly longer and was angry when I wondered why she made an appointment at a time she couldn’t accommodate. Rather than apologizing for the delay she shrugged and said she really didn’t care and suggested that I leave. Unacceptable way to treat a new client. Won’t return and recommend that you think twice before going there if you value your time!!’

Don’t go there. I’m considering contacting the Broward County Health Department. When I asked Christine (the owner) 3 specific questions as to what products she used and what equipment, she got strangely agitated. Enough so that she asked me to leave. I think she thought I was a Health Department employee when all I was looking for were direct answers and not a run a round. There are too many places that will gladly sit down with you prior to any treatment let alone a face treament and explain everything in great detail. Those who don’t are hiding something. By the way my face is severely red. I’m hoping it subsides soon. No medical information was asked for as well. Nor allergies which I volunteered.

Terrible customer service, decent looking place but didn’t really enjoy the micro-​half-​effort-​dermabrasian given by someone wearing jeans and nikes who wouldn’t get off her phone. Facial room is cold and uninviting, I was literally uncovered because they had no blankets. Also listening to Pandora ads while my mask dried… just no. Spend the extra couple of bucks and go somewhere to get a good service, not to be treated as an inconvenience. Yuck!
