The employees here are absolutely useless. The just play on their phones instead of helping the customers. Waited an hour and 45 mins to be helped. Had to go up to the desk(after previously checking in and giving a name) to ask how much longer the wait would be and they said«not sure we will call you.» Ended up leaving because of the baffling lack of customer service and annoyed attitude from every employee we encountered. Don’t waste your time here.

The AT&T Store on University Drive in Coral Springs does NOT pick up the phone 15 — 20 minutes before closing. It actually sounded as if someone was punching keys to switch the call to the automated service from 8:40 — 9:00PM. All I wanted to know was whether or not they had a Belkin Lightning to USB Charge/Sync Cable in stock. I am a school teacher and when I got home tonight, a student had switched out my cable and replaced it with a broken one… as you might imagine, I already felt upset/disappointed that someone would do this to me before I called so when no one responded, it just made me feel worse. As a result, my son went out and paid $ 30.00 for a charger at Sprint(it is black but it works) but I would have preferred to have had the one that matches my iPhone 6 S, in white. I rely HEAVILY on my cell phone to get to and from work(I work on call) and this phone was not cheap. In fact, for what I paid for the two cell phones + landline + internet service per month(I don’t even have cable) I should have given them one star. The wait was long, it took a long time to do all the paperwork and the person that sold me the phones kept trying to upsell me and push accessories on me… I also kept receiving calls from someone asking to speak to the representative that sold me the darn phone! I have had AT& T all my life. But maybe it is time to put loyalty aside and save some money while receiving better customer service. This is just rude and inconsiderate.

The wait is worth it. When we first arrived at the store we were puzzled at the long wait, but once a customer service rep assisted us — it was clear as to the delay. We had many questions about plans, phones and hotspots and they patiently explained everything to us. Jose was fantastic and provided us with the best options. Also, there was a bit of a hiccup in the purchase and Mohammad, the store manager saved the day — especially since it was Christmas Eve. He bent over backwards to make sure we had an iPhone under the tree that night. Yes, it may take a little longer for them to get to you– but the dedication to their customers is exceptional. Many thanks to O’Neil, Jose and Mohammad.

If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would do it in a heartbeat. There were 8 employees and just 2 of them were taking care of customers the others one were doing nothing!!! Worst place ever!!!

Worst customer service ever. Why are five people waiting while three employees playing their phones and chat??? Really??? I left. Why bother? This is why I normally go to another store. It’s a waste of time to sit here with them. The boys on cypress and Andrews are efficient and friendly. Not here.

the comment below about the rude, condescending worker is true. For my particular case, it was with Darryl, who was unbelievably impatient and flat out dishonest. I can understand that he is trying to the business, and I will give him the benefit of the doubt that it was rather the at&t system(instead of that pompous jerk) that gave us the exaggerated, deceiving savings compared to our old plan, but to have the audacity to raise his voice and treat customers like subordinates is unbelievably unprofessional. I have never written a Unilocal review, but today’s event compelled me to write this one. please save the trouble and visit another atnt store. I ended up going to one at 441 and 810. this place is smaller but Naike and the manager were polite and professional. I would totally drive extra mile to work with them than Darryl any day.

Not Happy. Got some iPhones at this store and during the sign up process had a conversation with rep that included a full discussion of of a number of up-sell attempts, including roadside assistance(!). I specifically and unequivocally declined this item. A month later, I get notice that my(unrequested and declined) 30 day free trial has expired and I will now be charged a monthly fee on each phone for roadside assistance unless i cancel. Better yet, the number provided in the mailing has been disconnected(and this is a PHONE company). Half hour later of telephone auto attendant navigation and transfers, I spoke to a person who cancelled this ‘service’. It is my opinion, based on the demeanor of the original sales rep at the store, that this service was added to my accounts to boost his commission or meet a quota.
