Horrible customer service bought a tequila an associate suggested didn’t like the taste so the next day I tried to return it and was told I couldn’t return it because more than one shot glass full was already consumed. The associate then told me to try and give it to a friend even though I was just asking I exchange it for a better tequila. I was able to go to total wine and return it without a receipt and exchange it for a better tequila safe to say that’s my last time going into abc I’ll stick to total wine.

Im a beer drinker (mostly IPA’s) and the dog fish head website turned me on to these guys for their brew «sixty-​one» I went in and the service was great and so was their selection.
They will get my business again and I would recommend them.

First off, great beer selection. I’ve often come across many of the hard to find beers here. This evening I was looking through the offerings with one of the employees that had just clocked out for the day. I was impressed that there was at least one person working there that was into beer.
The wine selection is vast, even offering samples. There is no shortage of glasses, snacks or mixers. The walk-​in humidor is nice, since I don’t routinely partake in cigars I can’t comment on selection of prices, but they do have one. Isle after isle of liquor, including some uncommon bourbon offerings.

This location is very large. It’s really open and it’s always clean. Sometimes check out can be a bit slow when there’s only one cashier and I don’t get any employees that ever come up to ask me if I need help while I’m shopping. I feel that specialty stores like this need that type of attention to it’s customers. It’s nice to be noticed and appreciated as a customer. Plus, what if I want to know what’s new at the store and I’ll just never figure it out because no one is on the floor to support the customer to buy more of their product… Oh well.
