Great spot to eat comfortable food, been several times and their food is very consistent. As far as service is good considering the service you receive in Miami. Don’t miss their die for aji amarillo sauce.

Phenomenal food for the price. I ordered the Peruvian whole rotisserie chicken, nice and juicy fell right off the bone. Nice environment and excellent customer service, pleasant people.

My favorite lunch spot in the Gables… or anywhere really. I would make the trek to this place whenever I’m in the mood for Peruvian. The BEST Peruvian chicken, sides and yellow sauces… I’ve heard their main restaurant is actually in native Peru so this is as authentic as it gets. The meat is tender and juicy and never too salty. Favorite sides are the yucca fries and steamed salad. I have also had the lomo saltado here, but I always come back for the chicken. My only complaint is ordering — you never get someone who speaks English and 9⁄10 times they will mess up your order. You do want to order ahead of time though or else you will wait forever. Sitting inside the restaurant is nice too, and the outside seating is great on a beautiful day in the Gables.

I have been to this restaurant a number of times. it was cheaper in the past, but even when they raised their prices it was worth it. The Pollo /Lomo Saltado are amazing not only in flavor but also in portions. There is no doubt that one of these Entrées will be a good choice. In the other hand I was not satisfied with their Pardos Avocado Tiradito, in my opinion is was lacking some flavor. I would also suggest to eat inside instead of dinning at the out side tables, because there are always a number of people walking by and you are too close to the street. Hope you enjoy this place. Definitely recommend it.

Used to come here all the time for their amazing wings, it is a shame they took them off the menu. Tacu tacu highly recommended. Solid place worth the trip, but they really need to bring the wings back.

2nd visit before heading back home… and the place was packed! Got aji de gallina for there… one of my faves, and wasnt disappointed in the least. almost as good as my prruvian mother in law makes from scratch in Lima… Got a pollo to go and it was still moist and tasty after being packed away in my bag for 8 hours… and for the price is a good deal! The only disappointment was the tiny alfajores… pricey, and not that good compared to those of Lima… but its also rare to find teally good ones here in the US. Great place and will surely return next time im in town.

Great food and service. Lisandra is the best waitress. She is friendly and always has great suggestions on what the best dishes are. Love it!

Came here to celebrate fiancé’s birthday. We love Peruvian food. We had the jalea, chupe de camarones(shrimp chowder), chaufa rice with rotisserie chicken and I had the cilantro rice with rotisserie chicken. We have been to many Peruvian restaurants, but for the price of this one, I expected slightly better. I’ve had better jalea elsewhere, and the cilantro rice wasn’t something I’d think about after leaving here. The chaufa rice with rotisserie was great though. What we did love was the dessert, the pecado de lucuma. While it’s worth coming here for a first time, I’ll continue to go to my local Peruvian restaurant when I’m feeling the need to eat Peruvian cuisine.

1) Service is awful. Seriously, at least pretend you give a shit. 2) They up-charge you for everything, which is fine, this is a business. But if I am going to pa extra for stuff, it should at least make sense. Want fries with your chicken? That’s a $ 5 charge. Want sauces that are not mayo/ketchup? that’ll be another charge. 3) The pisco sours are a rip off. All foam. I am Peruvian and I am genuinely offended by their servings. They must think their customers are idiots/tourists. It’s a shame that a chain’s flagship location in the US is being managed by unprofessional and lazy people. I know asking for decent service is a stretch in Miami, but you’re in Coral Gables not a gas station on Flagler. Play the part.

This review is for their online delivery service not the establishment as I have yet to visit. I have ordered from Pardos many times in the past and it has been a satisfying experience. The food always arrives hot and packed well with no mess. The Peruvian style rotisserie chicken is really good. The Seafood Chaufa is awesome and enough for three. Their Pardos Ceviche is good but some times skimpy for the price but worth trying. Fresh Peruvian food and great delivery service in the Coral Gables area.

I’ve been hearing about this place from coworkers forever. I finally got to try it today and I was pretty disappointed. I got the small lunch version of the aji de gallina. I had been looking forward to it all day because I love that stuff but when I got it, it was like a thick paste. Instead of a sauce, it was more like a pudding. That kind of turned me off the whole thing. On top of that, I wasn’t crazy about the flavor. It didn’t have enough spice to jazz up the egg yolk pudding situation. By the time I got to a fatty piece of chicken, I was done. I didn’t finish it. I just snacked on the corn they put on your table when you sit. The service was alright. The hostess was really good. She came to our table a few times actually. But I didn’t have water halfway through our meal, which made it even harder to finish. I’ve only been here once so I wouldn’t rule out going back, maybe for some lomo saltado. But I’ll never have the aji there again. In fact, I’ll probably be put off chicken for a while.

I enjoyed Pardos very much and believe its the type of place I would happily return to for a quick lunchtime meal. First off, I love that a complimentary dish of corn nuts and sauce(I’m sorry I do not know the technical name) was placed immediately on our table upon our arrival. The flavors and texture were both wonderful and it took the edge off of my hunger as I waited for my meal. El Hub ordered the Basil, sun-dried tomato and chicken wrap which was large, filling and split into two so that we could go halfsies. The flavors were wonderful and fresh and I enjoyed the side of basil oil that was perfect for extra dipping. I went with the Mahi Mahi sandwich which was definitely the lunchtime star. A big fresh filet of fish with lettuce and tomato on soft ciabatta. The service was prompt and polite so what more can you ask for?

Went for lunch on a Saturday. We started with the chicken croquettes which were amazing! I had the protein quinoa salad with white meat which although not what I expected was very delicious! I guess I expected a «salad» but it’s cold quinoa on a plate and chicken on the side. I liked it very much but am sharing in case you also think it’s more like a «salad» it’s not. Chicken saltado was crazy good!!! We didn’t have room for dessert because the portions are big. Had dinner with leftovers the same night. Highly recommend. Good service, great food!

Pricey but very good. I went on a date here, and we shared the ceviche and lomo saltado with tacu tacu. Although the ceviche was outstanding, we were disappointed that the portion was so small for the $ 16 Duo Temptation option. Many of the other Peruvian restaurants I’ve visited usually give large portions for a lower price. We shared the Lomo Saltado Taquecito entrée which was also around $ 16 but was definitely large enough to share. Delicious and filling! To finish, we had the Suspiro. The cold texture and cinammon topping was the perfect ending to our meal. Overall, good food but very pricey.

I walked at least once a week for the last month or so in front of this place. Thought it was curious and had a funny name but that was it. My mom’s in town and decided to check it out for lunch merely based on the Unilocal Pictures. We tried two of the lunch specials, that were pretty big for«lunch portions» and the prices were normal for the area. The service was a bit slow and it took us almost more than an hour from in and out. Would try some takeout on another day. Try the fried yucas, but ask for the white sauce!

Is there an option for no stars? Maybe my first mistake was ordering online, but after calling and being placed on hold for 3 mins; I decided to review menu online and order through eat24. 3 mins of course is not a long time, but I thought they might be busy and this was an easier way to place order and have maybe a wait of an hour to expect my food. I ordered ½ chicken, brown rice and salad. The website said expected time was 45 mins when placed with eat24(time placed was 5:50). I received an update saying the time expected to deliver was 7:20. So an hour and 30 mins, hmmm that’s a long time, oh well this gal didn’t want to cook after a long day at work so I would wait. When the food did not arrive I responded to eat24 advising food had not arrived and thinking maybe I did something wrong online I decided to make a phone call to Prado’s. Again after a long wait I was told too many people had ordered chicken breast and therefore, my order was pushed back to be able to give me chicken breast and thigh portion. The meal shouldn’t be much longer. Eat 24 called to advise the food was on its way. I received food 2 hours and 5 mins later. Save your time and money if you don’t want to eat subpar food and bad service.

I’m a sucker for quinoa. Anything quinoa would be on my list. I tried the Chicken Quinoa Protein Salad. It’s a mix of quinoa, veggies, black beans and avocado with Peruvian style rotisserie chicken cubes. It’s very tasteful, has that crunchy texture which I really liked. Also had Chaufa rice with rotisserie chicken, it’s a creative mix of Chinese and Peruvian flavors. A little bit on the salty side but we balanced it out with quinoa and they tasted good combined. Complimentary Peruvian roasted corn with dipping sauce is interesting. Street parking only can be annoying.

I like to say«THANKYOU» to Marketing P. and Angelina. What a great customer service. More than a month ago I posted a picture of my food because I was not so happy(chicken was burned). I believe that like us food can’t be perfect all the time. What I loved it was the customer service. They left me a message because of my picture, and they offered me a lunch. I had the pleasure of meeting the manager«Angelina» she was a sweetheart and the food was amazing! Food + customer service makes all the difference.

This place is just insane. I always order pollo saltado cause it just never ceases to amaze my tastebuds. The fries and soft and soggy, the white rice is impeccable and the chicken is just so juicy and flavorful. I’ve also tried their lomo saltado, yuca fries, cilantro rice, house salad(great dressing!!), rotisserie chicken and a few other dishes. All great, has never failed. Definitely recommend for a quick and inexpensive meal. Cheers!
