Attention all luxury shoppers!!! if you love great service and a sales person that goes above and beyond this LV is not for you… Be prepared to get no service and dirty looks… My story is too long and not to bore you the sales lady looked bored and agitated assisting my husband who purchased several items. I wanted two bags but ended up not wanting them, because I did not want to buy them from a sales lady that would not answer any questions or even allow me to touch the bags. I rather drive an hour to Aventura LV than to ever step foot in that store again.

I had my eye on a bag and everytime I was in the area I would pop in to get a glimpse at it. Look at other sizes and patterns of the same bag, etc. the first time I came there was a gentleman that was super super nice. He showed me all the colors of that bag and the sizes and helped me pick one and he let me try them on in the mirror. Super nice gentleman. However I only bumped into him once. Because every other time I have been here I have been treated inferior, being watched like if I wasn’t «worthy» as if they know whether or not I was going to buy. There was even this french lady that was talking to me like if I was stupid she was all like talking about how good their quality is and how superior and yadda yadda. I didn’t listen. I did buy my bag. But it was NOT here. I drove my butt to dadeland and got its at saks where everyone was super sweet and helpful. Quite the opposite of this place. I was told this place was the only one that hot stamps bags so when I brought it in the girl was down right rude!!! She was like correcting me on how they do their hot stamping and she rolled her eyes at me at one point. She even told me my bag was too old to be hot stamped I was like «really? A 3 week old bag is old??» And that seemed to shut her up. If this is the only place that hot stamps bags I would rather leave mine plain because I’m not dealing with them. The next LV purchase I make will be in dadeland again.

If it wasn’t for Merrick Park I’d never shop at this Louis Vuitton store. I’ve shopped here 3 times and every time I receive subpar service. I love LV but when you spend that kind of money you would expect much better attention and attention to detail. I guess LV doesn’t need it. Bal Harbour LV is where I’m going from this point forward.
