Very nice people but don’t show up as agreed. Even after discussing their lack of communication they would disappear and not respond to messages, or say they were on the way and then wouldn’t show up – or show up 6 hours after the agreed upon time. We were very upfront with our frustrations and thought they understood but then 2 hours later stopped responding after they said they would return to make a small cut. The lack of communication finally resulted in us wanting to go with someone else.
