I have been eating at this restaurant for nine years — thankfully not much has changed in that time. Their salsa is the best around and we often will stop in and pick up some on our way home.
Shredded beef enchiladas are a favorite at our house. As are the Lupe’s nachos and tostadas. Taco salad with shredded beef is a favorite and has even our most ardent carnivores asking for more lettuce.
I could eat here every day, if only I lived here.
Low key and casual — great for a quick lunch or dinner.
