The BEST Mexican food in town!!! Drive-thru only but totally worth it!!! I love their quesadillas, breakfast tacos, and tomatillo sauce! Their salsa is always perfect and their tortillas are delicious!!!

There omelets are a hit or miss. Sometimes it looks like it was cooked with love other times that you’re just a number. The burritos are good. The tacos are a hit or miss. Sometimes they’re generous, other times they skimp and forget to even put stuff you asked for. Enchiladas are okay. Tamales are okay. They are greasy. Haven’t tried anywhere else in town to compare. But they’re tortillas do somewhat taste like they were refrigerated

I’m so glad I found this place on Unilocal.I’m also glad a fellow Unilocaler put the menu for this restaurant in the pictures. I’ve been dying to try Tacos Al Pastor and Menudo. No other place near by had it. When looking at the menu on the pictures I was super excited to find that they had those two items I’ve been searching for! And it’s so close to my house! Yesterday I got Tacos Al Pastor($ 1.89 ea. on corn tortilla and $ 1.99 ea. for flour) and a Medium order of Menudo $ 5.49. The husband got the Breakfast burrito. Oh my the Tacos al pastor was delicious! My husband loved his breakfast burrito too ! I liked the menudo but I’m not really a fan of tripe. I ate half of it and stopped lol. I thought it was made with tripe and other meats but it’s just tripe. It was my own menudo ignorance. The soup itself was yummy though! We loved our food so much yesterday, that we came back first thing in the morning today for more! This time I got 4 Taco Al Pastors and a side of rice. My husband got the breakfast burrito again. The tacos is soooo good! The rice is amazing! The salsas they give compliments your food in the best way! I love this restaurant!

Their breakfast burritos are AMAZING. I never thought to stop here until someone made a run for a study session and asked if I wanted anything. I left it up to him on what to get and he brought back this incredible, flavorful, packed full of everything breakfast burrito. Easily the best one I’ve had in the area. I don’t know how good anything else is, because I can’t bring myself to order anything else when I’ve found something I absolutely love.

I have no words for how I feel about your business putting American cheese in your burritos. It’s like getting horchatta made from almond milk or getting a chocolate cake made out of Nesquick.

This place has THE best burritos in the Killeen area! My husband and I found this place a few years ago and have been hooked every since. We get there breakfast burritos and they are so big that they usually keep us full for most of the day. The only downside to this place is that the drive thru is usually packed and takes a bit of time to get your food since everything is fresh. For quality food it’s well worth the wait.

T sty Mexican food. The sauces are homemade and not from a can. You can tell that each dish is assembled when ordered. It is piping hot and full of genuine flavor. The wait staff are young, but very enthusiastic They are attentive refilling your drink before you turn to dust. Them kitchen and the wait staff are amenable to personalization of you meal. This is more Mex than Tex and that is fine with me.

The menu is pretty extensive at El Corral, but I keep going back for the tamales. They are fresh and there’s no better lunch than six of them with some salsa. I have had homemade tamales and these are as good. I wish they were a bit better about their salsa portions. One small styrofoam cup is barely enough for two people. Considering salsa is free most places, it seems a bit stingy. I have had their chicken enchiladas and the beef taco, both are very decent. The staff is friendly, and depending on how many people are in line, you might have a wait. 10 – 15 minutes is not uncommon. I took a star off for the wait and small salsa size. Now go try their tamales.

It’s a little drive through restaurant and we love it! I go there at least once a week it seems like. The chicken tacos are great as well as the burritos. It’s strictly drive through, there are some tables outside but in the Texas heat you just need to get it to go.

Moved to the area from Killeen and needed to find a new taco place. This place has a drive through, great service and good food. The service was extremely fast. The taco fillings are a little skimpy but the prices are reasonable. Will be coming by here in the mornings. Glad to have a new go-to place. They take call-in orders as well.

Glad we found this place in Cove. I hate driving all the way to Killeen just to eat. We have been here twice, once for breakfast burritos(yum) and now for dinner(yum). We got the 3 enchilada meal for $ 6.50. It’s not the biggest portion but it’ll hit the spot! No complaints from us, we like coming here.

We love the tamales & «gravy»(enchilada sauce). They are little but delicious. Thought they would be bigger. Then again for a dozen tiny tamales $ 7 is affordable.

They have become really weird about their salsa(we order food for 4 and we only get 1, so we ask for more and they make you wait 5 minutes while they go decide) and they have been forgetting 1⁄3 of our order lately. The issue is that they tie up the bags very right and people are waiting so you drive away only to get home 15 minutes later and discover someone has no meal. It’s such good and fresh food, but the service is getting worse.

This is a difficult review because I love there breakfast burritos and would rate them at 4 stars for breakfast, but I ordered dinner and it was not good. The sour cream enchiladas taste fine, but nothing special. The rice was very dry and just had a taste like it was not fresh, the beans were also very dry and to the point they had a crust on them, once again didn’t seem fresh. The queso was pretty pathetic, it just tasted like cheese sauce, pretty plain. I had to mix the salsa with my queso just to give it some flavor. So overall I have to polar opposite opinions on this place breakfast burritos are must, and dinner is well… lacking.
