Cove Eyecare

So far, I have received very friendly and fast service from the front desk personnel. Preliminary questions were asked about insurance, budget and finance to avoid any unpleasaant surprises. I will update as my care here progresses.

Just do not go here. Simple as that.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I am a military spouse and they do accept Tricare. The doctor and the girls that work there were really friendly. My glasses were ready the next day and they called me right away to let me know. Had a great selection of designer brands for me to choose from unlike some of the other places in Cove. Will be back for sure.

We just moved to the area and my children needed their yearly eye exams and were clueless about where to go. A friend of mine told me about Dr. Young and her amazing staff. From the moment we walked through the door we were welcomed very warmly. The girl at the desk was very helpful, another young lady took my family back, then it was time to see the doctor. Dr. Young was friendly and informative and explained everything in plain English so it was very easy to understand the course of treatment that was needed. We were told we needed glasses and another girl helped us all pick some glasses. The selection was great and the prices were very reasonable. Thank you for a great experience.

I took my son here for his first eye checkup. The staff was friendly and the doctor made my son’s first experience fantastic. I was prepared for tears and a hard time. But that is not what I got. I had nothing but smiles and giggles. And every question that he asked the doctor explained it to him where he could easily understand it. They will take children as young as 3 and a half. So when his sister is old enough I will be taking her here as well.
They also are great for adults. The equipment they have is clean and current. The staff is great. The doctor answered every question I had. She wanted to see if I could use the monthly contacts rather than the contacts your throw away every 2 weeks. I was open to that so I tried it. It did not work out well. But the doctor was great and put me on the brand I had before. I have been happy with them since. I will be taking me and my family here from now on.

Treated like dirt both times I went! The second time I did not even stay for my appointment. I don’t like being talked down to, I am a very nice person and I expect you to treat me the same! The lady behind the desk did nothing but act like an ass, and speak to me like a child! I WILL NOT GO BACK!

When I first realized I needed glasses, this is where I came to get my first eye exam — and my first pair of glasses. A wide selection of low range, medium selection of middle range and low selection of high range frames here.
The second year I came for my eye exam check up, apparently my eye sight had changed so minutely that they gave me a new prescription. Bad idea, I had to go back to my original prescription. Now I live in San Francisco and have one of the best optometrists in the world!
