Horrible customer service!!! I work in Coppell and was looking for a cleaners that was close to my office. I stopped by this location around 12pm and waited for about 5mins at the front counter and no one came to wait on me. I opened the front door so the door chime would chime again(hoping to get someone’s attention) and waited at the front counter for another 5mins or so and still no one. As I was walking out one of the employees was walking in and clearly saw me walking out with unlaundered clothes and didn’t even ask me if I need any help. So I took my business down the road. I hope this location treats their current customers better than they do any potential new customers. ******Really disliked having to give this location 1 star to be able to post the review*********

I just moved here from NC. I tried a few dry cleaners in the area. I wanted to check price and service etc. These folks win hands down. Professional, friendly, quality work. I cant say they are the cheapest in town but their pricing is certainly fair, not anywhere near the most expensive. Combine that with the friendly and fast service and this is the one I use now.

Just moved to Texas and this is the first dry cleaners I went to and I’m very satisfied. They took very good care of my things. I am most pleased with how well they cleaned my blouse with a jeweled collar. Prices were reasonable as well. Overall, I am happy and will return.

Best cleaners in the DFW area. Customer service is top notch. They always go out of their way to make sure I’m taken care of. When I needed a quick turnaround on an alteration they made it happen. Pricing is superb. Can’t say enough about how well they’ve treated me as a customer.

One visit is all it took. Sometimes the little things matter the most. And when the gentleman saw me with my hands full coming from the car, he generously opened and held the door. And this was only a matter of minutes before closing. Yet still took the time to get everything just right. That was my first experience. I’ve already been back twice since. In terms of the finished product — I couldn’t be happier. They got some pretty dingy items looking brand new.

Greatest dry cleaners ever. This is a family owned business and they are very attentive and detailed with the garments you drop off. The owners are there early enough to drop off clothes before work and ready for pick up after work.
