Have used Dry Clean City for years, I will not longer use them. They lost an item recently, it took me 3-​weeks to get them to refund just a portion of the item’s cost back to me. I kept being put off by the staff. Manager/​Owner «Tom» never responded to my requests for a call or settlement. Use another dry cleaner, avoid this business.

very good, they close a bit early but good pricing, they did mess my order up with someone else’s once but they seem to be good and they did fix it, they haven’t ever messed up my clothes.

I’ve been taking my husband’s work clothes here weekly for two years. He is… particular about how his clothes are pressed and Dry Clean City has always done a great job per his standards. I’ve also has his custom suit and shit done here and they were able to get out the wine stains from a crazy night. My satin WEDDING DRESS looks brand new, they got out all of the black dirt from it dragging on the ground through spilt drinks and all. The prices are excellent $ 87 for the beaded/​satin wedding gown with a train.

Poor service. I have used this dry cleaning service for over 10 years. In the last 3 months they have lost 4 articles of clothing and destroyed 3 others. I at first just thought they might have new employees. On the last article of clothing that was lost I asked to speak to either the manager or owner, I am told his name is Tom. It’s been over a week, I have called 3 times to speak with him and only told he will call you back.
I am changing services!!!

Great service for the value. I bring in 4 – 5 items at a time here and at a price of 1.99 per item they are hard to beat. I was going to another dry cleaner on the same street in Coppell for awhile but I had to stop after they ruined my 49ers Colin Kaepernick jersey. No issues with this place so far. The drive-​thru service is convenient too.
