Nasty pizza and food overall. I went to this CiCi’s for lunch today craving pizza. It was my first visit to this location and my first visit to a CiCi’s in about a year. I guess I have to go back every one and a while to remember how mediocre it is. This location, as most, appeared clean. My issue is the poor quality ingredients and lack of any taste regardless of what pizza you order. I paid just under $ 9.00 for a lunch buffet and drink. This is really only a value of you plan to eat the entire buffet yourself. For within 1 – 2 bucks of that cost, it’d be better in my opinion to go to a normal fast casual restaurant and get a sensible portion of a higher quality item. I’d also rather just spend 8 bucks on a single pizza at Papa John’s I can actually taste. I think CiCi’s is a great place for little kids or families who are going solely because of their kids. That’s what it’s geared toward with the taste and the little arcade games. As an adult, it’s simply not a good value unless you are eating a ton. I wish there were other better quality pizza buffets in the area.

Went there today. After reading the reviews, I wasn’t sure what to expect but then it turned out fine. There were a lot of big families and kids around, all seemed to have come in to have a happy and a cheerful meal. I have never been to a pizza buffet so when I came across Cici’s I had to try out. For 5.99 per adult, the buffet was the cheapest one I have ever come across. There was salad — lettuce, cold pasta, pickles and a variety of dressings. The soup was not that great. It was a chicken and macaroni soup and it was not seasoned properly and had no flavour at all. The pizzas were hot and fresh! Mostly ranging between the pepperoni and the cream cheese bacon kinds. There were a few vegetarian ones, which tasted and fresh and flavourful. Desserts were apple crumble pie, brownie and cinnamon roll. I do not have a sweet tooth so I just tasted them a bit. The brownie was very dry and lacked the rich taste it should normally have. Well, for the money we paid, the frills aside, the pizzas were the real deal. The place is an open canteen kind and they are trying to keep it clean. What I did not like was the plastic plates. They had been stacked soon after being washed and the water was still there, that was a big put off. Will visit again whenever I have a pizza craving!

Cici’s is the go to place when hunger calls. The buffet makes it value for money. The ability to customize pizzas and salads is the best thing about this place(especially for vegeterians)

This was the first time we ever had anything to eat from this chain. Deep down I knew we should not be eating here as I am aware of the fact that Cici’s is not forthcoming in sharing their list of ingredients from what I have read. Now I do like the restaurant’s look, lighting, seating, etc. But I take big offense to the fact that my 7 year old got sick the following morning with a mild case of food poisoning. This is very unusual as we do eat out every 2 – 3 weeks, and this has never happened before. Well, that goes on to say something. We’re not going to eat at Cici’s again, not if we can help it. I know they’re a great value for money, but they should review their food inside out right from ingredients to prep to serving, before a big Chipotle happens… We’ll stick to our regular pizza joint for now.

Best value for your money in restaurant dining. The pizza isn’t the best, but it’s pretty good. All you can eat and drink for a family of four for about $ 25. If that isn’t enough, the service is amazing. I don’t know where they find these people, but they are somehow able to hire the nicest people with the best customer service attitude out there. I have eaten at restaurants where the food costs 10 times what it does at Cicis and not received as high a level of service. Super kid friendly, too. I can’t recommend this establishment highly enough.

Buffet and water. They gave me a dinky little plastic cup and I asked for a larger cup. They refused but offered 2 of the small cups. Would not give me a larger cup unless they charged me for a soft drink. Ridiculous. Really?

Most unfriendly Cici’s I’ve ever been to. I ordered a special pizza and manager seemed put off by that. Don’t they still offer special order pizzas? Food was good. Mango dessert pizza was really good! Anyway, won’t ever go to this particular Cici’s again.

Ordered for carry out. Opened the box to find old, reheated, pieces of cheese garlic flatbread thrown into a box. Some flipped over. Obviously from the buffet that was sitting there. Very unhappy. This location was the location I always held to the highest standards. Yuck. Threw the whole box away.

We have been coming here since it opened as a family. Recently though my Preggo friend was craving cici’s pizza and no body wanted to go and I decided to step up and take her! The pizza was still so fresh and delicious as it was growing up. You get to order whatever you would like too and they will make it fresh for you!

My roommate and I call this Cici’s the«good one». It’s not the closest, but it is the best and worth a bit of a drive. Definitely the best place to scarf after sitting around in an ER starving all day long.

Its Cici’s Pizza so you know what the pizza is like. I like the pizza here and the price is right. Why four stars? Well they have a very friendly staff and this location is very clean. Their game room is also well kept. If you are hungry and on a budget this is your place to go. Just try not to over eat, its very easy to do that here.

Pizza that kids will like. I didn’t like any of their pizza but my kids loved it. Place wasn’t too clean. Cups were so beat up. Forks were making me to lose appetite. But I guess it’s the place to go to get full… Don’t expect quality pizza.

Refused to honor a Cici’s coupon and could not provide a valid reason. The manager could not provide me with corporate phone number. Then asked me if I wanted a cup of water for the wait. Now the manager is laughing at me in Spanish with another person on the phone. Guess she didn’t think I understood.

Super cheap, pretty good pizza, and kids love this place. The downside is you will walk away feeling like you ate five pizzas, because you did.

What’s not to like! Our family favorite is Coppell Location! We been going there for 3 – 4 years now. Friendly staff, pizza varieties in plenty, game room for kids… my family can go and eat there even after having lunch or dinner ! Not that we’ll allow that all the time, but when it comes to this CiCi’s, yes we have done that twice .just to eat their desserts! always warm and yummy/… It’s a cute little place you will love to visit and very friendly staff.

I haven’t gone back to Cici’s in a while because of the crust for the most part. I remembered every bite tasting a bit like cardboard. However, I was forced to go last week as my roommate has a serious craving for pizza and I promised to get his lunch. Well, I’m glad to say that they have made a serious improvement with the carbs. I won’t say that it’s on par with your favorite pizza chain, but it’s getting there. The toppings are good as always and I’ve noticed they offer a lot more white pizzas, which is alright in my book. You’ll still get your traditional pizza with pepperoni, but you no longer have to custom order a spinach, alfredo chicken or mac n cheese pizza. The staff tries to stay out of your way, but they’re friendly when being approached. Great location!

$ 5 All you can eat buffet + drink on Mondays. I personally love the Coppell location compared to the other locations I’ve been in the DFW area. It’s very tidy, clean, has a wider selection of pizzas, and very friendly staff!

I have to admit this place is a belly filler. It’s fast, cheap, but fresh! I do not dine her frequently but once in awhile is fine with me. I do miss the old way of serving the pasta and the old garlic bread. You see me less here since they changed it about a year or so ago.
