5 stars for service alone. I went once, and when I returned, one of the servers remembered my name! I like to sit at the bar, it’s got a cool vibe. The drinks are always really good. I’ve had the Chiles Rellenos which were pretty good, but my favorite thing I’ve had there was a roasted beet salad with blue cheese crumbles, pomegranate seeds, and citrus slices… SODELICIOUS! The chips that they serve with their salsa are perfect to snack on if you’re just coming by for a drink. The restaurant itself is a bit hidden, you have to walk a short ways down an little alley off the main street. If you’re in town, definitely stop in and check it out! The music they play is usually pretty cool, too!

Looking for a place to eat after visiting the hall of fame we stumbled around Main Street until a sign drew us down a little alleyway. Tl: dr Great tasting food, great service and allergy friendly for our TN/PN/Dairy-allergic son. The hostess almost teleported to our table when one of the kids spilled a glass of water. She was there with towels and extra napkins before we could ask. We arrived before the dinner rush and were seated immediately(6-top). When we asked about allergy-friendly food, the waitress talked to the kitchen and was very knowledgable herself. The place was full with a line going out the door when we left so I recommend going early. We all ordered different items from the menu and everyone thought their food was yummy. A place that 3 kids and 3 adults all like is a win!

On a quick vacation to Cooperstown, my girlfriend and I were on the lookout for somewhere good to eat. As we both love Mexican/Tex-mex food, we were happy to stumble on Cantina De Salsa. We strolled in our first night in town but were told that there was over an hour wait, so we left but decided we’d make a reservation for the following night. We got to our reservation on time and were promptly seated. That might have been the only thing that was prompt. Our drink order(a corona and a Coke) took forever, our appetizer took longer and by the time my meal came out I was no longer hungry. The waitress explained to us that they were«slammed» but there were maybe 50 people there tops. Overall the food was alright, nothing special. I ordered the pork chimichanga and my girlfriend ordered the shrimp burrito. Mine was alright, she said hers was a bit dry. The Aztec wings appetizer was amazing, I fully suggest getting these if you go. But if there are more than 30 people in the restaurant, I’d suggest being prepared to wait for everything.

Went here for lunch during the Main Street Cooptoberfest. Great lunch, great beverages. Table not available so we sat at the bar. The bartender, Michael was promoting his newly concocted Jalapeño Margarita. We tried — verdict: WOW!!! On the expensive side, but worth every penny of it. One«special order» combo of three tacos — tuna, goat, and shrimp. Extremely fresh and tasty. Two of us had the curried goat burrito, one ordered with tomatillo salsa(hot) and one with corn salsa(medium) and really enjoyed them. Service was exceptional, handled adroitly by Michael, who, in addition to being very friendly and personable, had a great, exceptionally dry sense of humor. We liked Alex & Ika’s. Cantina de Salsa is up to the same standards, and truly enjoyable.

Great vegetarian friendly spot in downtown coopersburg. The main floor dining room was full so we were seated upstairs, and our kids were given license to hang out in the lounge room. The chips were delicious and freshly made, served with a chipotle salsa. The veggie burrito was stuffed with mild sautéed poblanos and was quite tasty and filling. I had to try the cheese tamale, it’s so rare to find meat free tamales! It was packed with tangy queso fresca but needed more peppers. Lots of great hot sauces on the table too.
