AMAZING costumer service, which is hard to find these days. Food is great, too. Wish there was one closer to me! They deserve all the customer support they can get

This was my first Chick-​fil-​A experience ever. I got a coupon from work for a free chick-​fil-​A sandwich, so I figured I would try it out. My boyfriend and I placed our order, were given a table marker, and told to take a seat. Moments later, our drinks were delivered to the table… with no straws. Our food was parade around the dining room twice before the server found our table, which was the only table in the dining room. My soup was delivered without a spoon. We didn’t know that we were supposed to go get these items since we were told to take a seat. I think it’s weird that the pop isn’t self-​serve and they don’t bring you at least a straw. As far as the food, I think the chicken on my sandwich was cooked very well and it was tasty, but I really didn’t like the sandwich as a whole, it was just a bun, chicken, and pickles. It was bland and dry. I might try it out again, but in my first experience, I was not impressed.

i really like their freshly crafted sandwiches. I mean I could get them made grilled or fried. If I want to get something other than their sandwichex I have the choice of a soup or even a salad. This is definetly a place to eat solo or in a group.

Good chicken sandwichws. Better then other places but I really think people don’t appreciate their breakfast. Great burritos and the chicken minis are fantastic.
Good service at this location, the staff is almost too pleasant.

Excellent food and the staff is always super friendly! They always offer my dog a treat whenever I go through the drive through with her, which is really nice. Just wish they were open on Sunday’s!

Great customer service at this location. I am always surprised at how genuinely happy and pleasant the staff here is. Very quick to fix any issue and always greeting customers with a smile. Not to mention really great chicken and home style lemonade!

So I walked into this place for the first time on Wednesday and the front clerk was cheery and nice. She was very up beat and recommended I try the chicken biscuit because it was free for breakfast on wed and so is the coffee for this month. Wow! Well, I enjoyed it so much I came back the next day.
Same lady, same great service! I did pay for the chicken this time. Love the flavor! Biscuit was buttery and the chicken was tender and flavored well with a hint of sweet and salty flavor.

Good chicken, beats the other chains. I wish they would add fish as a regular menu item. The fish is also excellent. This location is fairly consistent with accurate orders and good sandwiches. They also have wonderful lemonade that is freshly made. They are not open on Sunday so make sure to stop before the weekend to get your chicken on. Good sandwiches & consistent service

Mike n. is high, my food was hot and fresh. Great fries and cheese dipping sauce too. This was my first time at this location and I can say it was good and I will be back when I’m in the area and am craving some chicken. The service was also top notch. The store manager was going around and filing people’s empty drinks and getting the things they needed all with a smile, a thing you don’t see often these days.

I tried their new grilled nuggets today and I had to looked at them several times to make sure my vision was’t off. I was charged $ 4.34 (after tax) for eight piece grilled nuggets. They come in this tiny container and they are just very small pieces of chicken which even a bird could eat and not get full off of. Talk about being over charged. I will come back here again as they are taking advantage of people.

General note: The entire COMPANY is closed on Sundays, all over the country, not just this location so be aware of that. They have a play room for the kids which is nice if you have them. I can’t say anything negative about this place because nothing negative has happened. My food is always perfect. My service is always perfect. My sugar free lemonade is always prefect. However, I will never eat their grilled anything again. I tried it a few times and the texture was all wrong for me. Other people love it. But here in America we have the freedom to choose and that’s why this country is so great. If you don’t like the food you can go across the street and have someone else make you something different and no one has to be shunned, stoned to death or disowned in the process. It’s a pretty great set up, really. When you think about it. Try doing that at your next family dinner at your aunt Mabel’s house.

I love chick-​fil-​a! The chicken is moist and tender and not to overcoated with breading. Get the chicken tenders so you skip the bread of the sandwich, then you have room for waffle fries with chick-​fil-​a sauce. And real lemonade!

Best fast food ever hope they build one closer to my house so I can get it every day. Staff was on point. Food was great and fast. Plus this owner is awesome shutting down on Sunday so the staff can go to church or spend it with their families. Nice to see a owner that respects morals over money.

Staff was friendly, but the food overpriced and forgettable. Chicken strips were soggy and bland, waffle fries were okay but need catsup.

This restaurant was really good. Nice, clean, EXTREMELY fast service. The cashiers were all very friendly and eager to take your order. The Spicy Chicken sandwich was phenomenal, and not salty as others described. The Chick-​Fil-​A sauce is probably one of the best tasting things on the planet. Definitely coming back for more.

I had never been in a Chick Fil A before going to the Coon Rapids store. Although the lines were long, they moved very fast and had friendly service. That’s where the good news ends. The Char-​grilled Chicken Club was really salty, had a Kraft Single (not provolone like the menu states), and rang up at a different amount than the menu stated. I was not impressed at all and actually threw half of it away.
I’d much rather have the Charbroiled Chicken Club from Hardees with marinaded chicken and better toppings.

It was obvious at first bite into a fillet sandwich that the recipe has changed
and not for the better. The breading is too salty, soggy and falls off of the
fillet. Gone is the crispy, buttery breading of the past. I will give them
recognition for the sandwich being hot and the service fast despite
the long lines.
