I’ve honestly never had a great experience here. The sandwiches are good though. I’ve never had a BAD sand which so I cannot complain on that aspect of the sand which shop. But the workers just seem like they hate their lives. I was recently here and I decided to order a shake when I got to the register. I know from past experience that it’s not as convenient to order your shake this way, but I decided I was hungry while paying. The woman standing next to the cashier was running the shake station. She told her to make an Oreo shake and I shit you not she looked straight at me, rolled her eyes, and said «oh my god you have got to be kidding me» and stormed back to the shake station. Seriously lady? It’s 40 degrees and a beautiful day, I get that you don’t want to be here. I don’t want to be here either.

I like their sandwiches, but the staff is rude! I asked for pickles in a bowl. The manager woman was not going to give me that bowl at all! She is never nice. Crabby. Get a new job!

The GM of this Potbelly shop seems to really care about his customers. Special attention to detail and you might even meet him when you’re there. Ask to say «hi» to Tim! Think highly of this place. Mmmmmmmm… Really good sandwiches too!
