Just a typical chain. Nothing special. Service was so so. Before ordering I asked whether the Salmon was wild or farmed. The server didn’t know so he went to ask. He returned and said that it was farmed, then a moment later a lady walked over and said it was wild. I’m still not sure what to believe. Ordered the Bourbon Glazed Salmon. It was decent but the filet didn’t look right as part of it was browned and mushy, not pink. I remember why I haven’t eaten at a Ruby Tuesday in over 10 years.

Poor attention to customers water was never refilled not understandable because the place was empty only 4 tables and there were 5 employees standing behind the bar obviously not worried because we were not their table. It should be everyone workings responsibility to see after the customers.

Came in at lunchtime on a weekday. Service was prompt, food was great(and prepared according to how we ordered), and the salad bar was fresh!

My dad and I had dinner there while in town for a few days. The staff looked so young and a little unorganized. Our server kept apologizing for our wait. Once we got our food, it was very tasty, and portions we good. My only complaint was with the garden bar, usually my favorite, but the lettuce was a little wimpy, and the croutons were soft. Not what I am used to from Ruby Tuesdays.

Scenario: Friday night. Husband, wife, 2 year old, 6:30pm. Minutes before going on a wait. Child already restless from having to eat this late. When a child is restless, EVERYTHING seems to take forever. Server(Sarah) seemed to have too many tables already. Drinks took a bit to arrive. Decided to go to salad bar just as she was arriving. Round one food(great). Drink glass had somone else’s lipstick. No server to check on us by end of first round. Took drink to bar and got a cleaner glass. Round two to salad bar. Fine. Child starts getting fussy and asks to go to restroom. Had to stop in the middle of my plate, go to restroom, came back, check was on table and my plate and utensils were clear. I didn’t enjoy this experience #1 because my child was too fussy at this hour(my fault for hoping this would never happen to me… ha). Second, server simply wasn’t attentive to our table’s needs(serving in a timely manner, checking on us, prebussing, taking plates before we were done, and dropping the check to hussle us out since the restaurant was on a wait). Had the manager asked how our experience was, I would have stopped in my tracks and told him what I’m sharing. My recommendation, even if you’re getting the salad bar, don’t go when they’re busy!
