Our waitress Lynn was SUPPA Happy… Attentive, speedy, Everything we preserved was DELISH& her bubbly self made the food all the better. ;))) Def going to be our spot next time we are up North Conway!!! Wish there were 10 stars to give this places would get them hands down. Blueberry pancakes are just DELISH… Everything really I mean even the coffe was great!!!

Just go somewhere else. The food is pretty under average, the eggs taste and feel like plastic, the homefries are weirdly soft and the bacon didn’t taste a lot like anything. The sirup served was in sealed packages and of course of the high fructose corn variety. Also the carpet under the tables seemed like it was not cleaned at all…

So-so. Nothing much to write about. We went for breakfast and while service was excellent, food and ambience were just about average. We won’t return as we’d be more interested in trying something else.

We stopped by here for breakfast on our way home from vacation and had a great meal! Our waitress was extremely friendly and service was great. The eggs benedict flavors were good and the only reason this isn’t a five star review is because the eggs were way overcooked. The homefries, however, were delicious. We’d definitely stop in again if in the area.

Prompt service, good sandwiches, reasonable price for this area. I’ve been coming here about once a week over the past year, their consistency scores points with me. Plus they’ve been in business for at least a couple of decades now(anyone remember Poor Dudley’s?) and is clean and well kept up

Average to good breakfast with mediocre service. Waitress seemed overwhelmed with a table of 7 men but she only had a couple other tables too. We’d go back cuz it was convenient and seems like a reliable place.

We ate there for breakfast before on way back to home. It’s very nice place for family! It’s very friendly people work there. We will always come back when we are in the town! The price ate very reasonable! The foods are delicious!

Had the turkey pot pie special. Ingredients tasted like generic canned vegetables and sauce from the grocery store. My wife had the roast beef hash breakfast special. Once she added ample salt and pepper she said it became edible.

Saturday morning. Showed up by myself. Exasperated waitresses showed me to a table, like a Walmart cashiere wants a large order. Coffee flopped onto table like slop to a pig. Food: however was good! Corned beef hash not from the can. Eggs were cooked as ordered.

Went here because of the Unilocal reviews but was not impressed. Food was okay, service was adequate. Bacon was 95% fat and the«fluffy» pancakes were flat(but tasty). And they charged extra for real syrup instead of Log Cabin.

I’ve been coming to Banners since I met my in-laws. I wouldn’t have given it a second look if it wasn’t my FIL’s standard morning place. I’m glad it is, because I’ve gotten to know the«family» at Banners so well. The owner is a hardworker who is usually out back washing dishes or cooking, or even clearing tables. The waitresses are all locals who are filled with sass and a smile and have been working there for years. The food? Actually, it’s pretty good. It’s better than IHOP, and the service is a hell of a lot better too. They keep the coffee coming and the coffee is GOOD. They also know my name now too! I walk in and I get greated like an old friend… where else can you get that kind of service? The prices are good, the service is good, the food is good, and the atmosphere is good. What more can you ask for in a tourist trap of a town? And hey, if you get a table in the small dining area and you notice immediately that there are about 10 people all laughing loudly, teasing each other, and shouting to each other over their eggs and toast, you know you’re in the cool kids section. It may be loud but, then again, the fact that these loyal locals come here EVERYMORNING for years has got to tell you something. Are there more trendy, fancy, expensive, and cloying places to go in the area? You bet. But I’ll stick with Banners for as long as the owner wants to stay in business.

I know it’s stupid, but why is maple syrup in packets? Breakfast was OK, I got pancakes, he got eggs. Nothing to write home about but the outdoor, shaded terrace dining was a plus.

We went to Banners after waiting at another local restaurant for breakfast where only 2 employees were working and the line was considerable. Obviously going to be a very long wait as clerk was not even acknowledging people in line, but handling one order at a time. Many people left with us realizing this was a waste of time. Went to Banners where things were definitely bustling but there was plenty of waitstaff and they were very efficient. We were seated immediately. There were 4 of us so the wait was a bit longer than couples that came in, but well worth the wait. Food was fresh and delicious. My only complaint would be that we all found the coffee to be weak. That was definitely a disappointment!

When we were up in North Conway over the summer we tried getting breakfast at a bunch of places right on rt.16 by our hotel but they all had screaming kids in the waiting area & over an hour for wait times. no thank you. So we drove down the road a bit and found Banners, where we walked right in, were seated right away and got phenomenal service. The food was great and we loved the atmosphere, nice and big with a home-like feel. The only reason I can’t give 5 stars will sound silly, but it’s because their syrup is in little packets which drove my husband crazy. The packets would explode when he’d force it open and when he did get it open, it wouldn’t be enough. Otherwise we loved it. We’ll definitely be back.

My wife and I stopped here while we were leaf-peeping in NH recently. I had the philly cheesesteak and she had roast beef melt special. The philly cheesesteak really hit the spot for me and I would order it again if we were ever here again. The roast beef had a little too much horse-radish for my wife’s tastes, but overall she enjoyed it too.

We came here based on the earlier Unilocal reviews. This place was perfect for what we needed– delicious breakfast that arrived quickly by wonderful servers. It’s super inexpensive too, my boyfriend and I gorged ourselves on homemade hash and huge pancakes for only $ 20. All of the servers and kitchen staff hustle but are still so kind and attentive. I will definitely come back when I’m in the white mountains

Dined with a group at Banners on the last morning of a ski trip to North Conway. Got one of the specials(quiche), while the rest of the table had a sampling from every corner of the menu. Everyone left satisfied, our waitress was a riot and had our group laughing — good experience all-in-all, although for the price i’ve had a few breakfasts that were more satisfying. Solid breakfast choice.
