Dr. Brett Neal does a fantastic job at making his patients feel welcomed at his clinic. He takes the time to listen to the patient and is highly customer oriented. Dr. Neal is knowledgeable and high competent in assessing the health of one’s eye and I am very confident of his expertise in diagnosing any possible issues with the eye. Dr. Neal also went out of his way to locate a pair of frames which was not available in his store and this is a +++ in the world of customer service! Thank you very much and I look forward to supporting this local optometrist for a very long time!
PS. Also the one thing I appreciate about Conshohocken Eye Associates is that this location is very PROMPT with their service. Unlike most offices which make you wait around when you arrive, Dr. Neal is ready to go immediately upon arrival. Punctuality is a PLUS especially for those trying to get their eye checked over lunch time.
