Saw Dr Weber — terrible bedside manner, condescending, extremely unpleasant, impatient, and rushes you through visit. Decided to go to Wills Eye instead and very happy I changed. Agree with other comment re., staff and physicians seem disengaged and wait time is outrageously long especially after witnessing how much socializing goes on.

I had my first visit today, with Dr. Wisner, and my experience was simply excellent. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the doctor was personable, articulate and very clear about my issues and options. Highly recommended.

I have gone to this practice for many years and so have nearly all my family members. We all agree since they have moved buildings this place really just stinks. They send bills when your insurance should cover it. Don’t even get me started on the woman in the eye glass shop… she literally doesn’t have the time of day for any patient. Always seems unable to help and is so rude. I went in last time and the doctor I saw said I was a new patient (which I wasn’t) and said I was there last year because I slept in my contacts (which I didn’t)… he was condescending and didn’t even apologize for his error when he saw in his notes there was an eyelash in my eye and I hadn’t slept in my contacts. Stay Away!

Plan to spend a great deal of time waiting for doctors who have more important things to do than attend to patients. My latest visit was spent listening to one doctor spend 15 minutes describing to another employee the latest exercise regimen and what to do if a smart phone is not working properly. The conversation took place after I had already been waiting 20 minutes. The examination took all of ten minutes.

My wife went there for her contact lenses and in-spite of being fully covered for following
1. Complete eye exam with copay
2. Contact lenses
3. Contact lens exam
They came up with a bill some how for us to pay. Inspite of being in network they applied the insurance reimbursements incorrectly.
