I went in there for a rental last week and they were double booked. I asked for the manager to assist in solving the issue. Morgan the manager was extremely unhelpful. He did not offer any solutions to the problem.
I believe this manager needs some training on customer service because he has absolutely none. He did not smile the entire time throughout the exchange. He did not offer 1 solution, and provided 0 customer service.

So I purchased a Uhaul ball hitch which I had much trouble removing as it was tightened too much. So the guy who answers the phone decides to quote me $ 20 to loosen the ball nut. You have just lost a customer and I will informing anybody I know not to deal with you. Well done smart ass.

I reserved a trailer a week before i needed it and the day of pickup i was informed that the trailer was at a different location. Uhaul expected me to drive to fm 1960. They said its only 18 miles. 18 miles in Friday work traffic is like an hour. Why even have a reservation system? Worst customer service ever!
