Have been to this location 2 times and major disappointment. First time got surf and turf no good. My girlfriend got 3 green beans and one potatoes that was suppose to be a side. Today got lobster scampi that was nothing but butter. Also got bowl of lobster bisque by far the worse I’ve ever had. But must say service was great both times.

Party of eight. Asked how the appetizers were. Politely I replied, a little disappointed. The lobster bisque specifically. Served cool and chalky? Joe apparently felt betrayed. His response remarkable, like had I told «us» «they» could have got another soup! I didn’t ask for a replacement or sympathy. It was a response to his question.
How do «they» screw up the bisque? It’s ladled up from a steam table tank dumped from a bag heated in water shipped frozen from the kitchen! This is a dardano’s chain after all.

The service is outstanding, they do everything to make you forget how bad the food really is! Over price for the quality of the food. To many other place to eat seafood, and you know that the only thing fresh is the lobster. Both of them! By the way, they don’t know how to cook them either. Everything is microwaved or deep fried!

Second time coming to red lobster and my mother got food poisoning not good she had the tilapia tacos from the lunch special and I had the shrimp tacos I’m good but my mom has been so badnever again will I go … the server was awesome I just really feel bad for them

Walked in and had to wait 5 minutes for anyone to even notice us. A worker that was off the clock had to come to the front to get us a table. Which they weren’t busy at all. We actually questioned if they were even open. It was 8:30.
Our waitress was really sweet and kept our glasses full. Though towards the beginning she disappeared and the manager had to help I don’t mind. The food was really good though the lobster bisque wasn’t the best. I would go back.

Thus far this has been a mere atrocity. We were ignored for 5 minutes. A waiter passed by and finally seated us. The host/​hostess was no where in sight.
After we were seated the waiter ran to the back and asked «who had table 38 who has table 38 they were standing here for 5 minutes.» After a few minutes of back and foward about whose table we were a gentlemen came out and served us. Not very fond of this location anymore. I think this is my last red lobster visit if the food isn’t decent.

I feel so bad for these waiters. They are so nice and offer pretty good service yet they have to throw on a BS smile while they bring you a plate full of disappointment. The food was so bad. I get that its red lobster and its a chain, but come on. Blackened seasoning is more than salt cayenne and paprika. Everything was way too salty. I have never had a crab I did not enjoy until yesterday. It tastes like they cooked it in the seawater it was caught from.

I wasn’t as impressed as I thought I would be. This was the first time I tried Red Lobster and probably the last. There was no hostess in the front to seat us and it was not packed so we had to seat ourselves. The server was on point but kept coming back to the table to tell me that what i ordered did not exist and when i showed him on the menu, he had to remind the chef. The lobster tacos my grandfather and i tried were tough and rubbery. I thought the menu was overrated and overpriced for such small portions.

Good meal, server «Rich» was training but did well and was prompt, has not been my experience at other locations. Hopefully he doesn’t get complacent. Overall good value for a chain seafood restaurant will be going back on my next trip to Conroe texas.

Red Lobster is the McDonald’s of seafood. The quality is around what I would expect from a mid level frozen entrée. I sometimes forget his much I don’t like this place then I soon remember after visiting. On The bright side the wait staff was attentive and the restaurant was relatively clean.

I really love red lobster. Of course its not the best seafood but its usually consistently good. But is it just me or had the shrimp really shrunk considerably over the years! My family and I went for endless shrimp and they were the smallest shrimp I’ve seen (besides salad shrimp.) Pretty sorry excuse for shrimp lol. They really are tiny.
Plus this location has been pretty bad as far as service goes. On week days they are very understaffed. The first few times service was ok but the last 2 times it was horrible. A bunch of young people who couldn’t care less.
I usually will try to go to the woodlands location much better service!
Oh yeah and they were out of coconut shrimp the main reason we went!!!
The prices went up and size went down but taste is still the same I guess.

The garden salad was small and the lettuce was wilted. I like my lettuce crispy and fresh. The crunch fried fish was good and the portion size on the lunch menu was good, but it was a tad greasy. Broccoli flowers were very tender and tasty and the stalks were trimmed off; a necessary for me. Service was good. Cheesy biscuits missed the mark. They had no flavor whatsoever.

Honestly a restaurant with lobster in its name, you would assume a lobster could be made to succulent perfection. Instead i had to send my undercooked tail back. then the second one was tough, yet cooked through. I am highly disappointed in the food for the price. Scallops are awesome as always. Shrimp had a rubbery texture. They appear much larger in the photo. I only give 2 stars based on the food. Service and staff are great, just wish the food coincided.

Red Lobster is one of my favorite restaurants and this one was excellent! I had the Lobsterfest special with one lobster tail and three tacos. Delicious. Server good, clean rest room, nice atmosphere inside and out.
