The young man who we dealt with was friendly enough but some of the promises made were not true i.e. matching employee discount. I have also spent HOURS trying to get the $ 300 per line promised rebate, seems its lost in the corporate shuffle. Numerous case numbers and calls to Management have resulted in empty promises. AT&T is big company that doesn’t respect their customers. I also wrote to their head office hoping someone would assist me but have had no response.

Good– Location is great right next to the highway. Friendly staff who are very helpful and willing to try and work out any issues you may have the problem is… Bad– Overpriced products and spotty service Ugly– AT&T corporate needs to step up to the plate and stop ripping people off!
