Just left this Panera store and here’s my experience. I come to this Panera a few times a week because it’s close to my house. As I am ordering my coffee I asked the girl on the intercom to give me two turbinado sugars for my coffee. She then replied that they do not carry turbinado sugar. Now when this happened the first time I ignored it and let her have it, but this time around the attitude just did not cut it for me. So I asked her to pick up a package of the raw sugar and see that it actually says turbinado on it. She proceeded to take my order but with extreme attitude. When I drove up to the window and picked up my order I asked to speak to her. She came up to the window and I explained to her that they’re the same thing, raw sugar is turbinado. She gave me attitude and I said there is no reason for your attitude toward me. She then said she’s going to walk away and not continue the conversation with me. Again, there was no need for the attitude Sarah, it’s just sugar! All this happened within about 30 seconds of conversing. This girl seams angry at the world. At this point her supervisor Shannon took over the conversation with me. The fact that she came up to the window with her indicated that this girl Satah needs an attitude adjustment and the management know it. Shannon proceeded to talk to me and I explained to her what the problem was. I told her why I was asking to speak to Sarah, but Shannon said that maybe there was I misunderstanding and Sarah was trying to tell me that it is the same thing. Get the F outta here!!! As if I have«stupid» on my forehead. Sugar is sugar, and I can call it rocks sand and if I want to and it’s your job to make me happy. I’m the customer and unless I was extremely rude and disrespectful, there was no need to treat me as if I’m stupid. Needless to say this will be the last time that I get my food at this Panera. It’s unfortunate because they are right across the street from my house. But I will not spend my hard earned money at a place where they do not respect customers. Now I understand this could possibly be this one employee who has no concept of respect, but as a supervisor don’t stand there and imply that your employee meant well when I can clearly see that she did not. Dear Sarah, go find another job where you do not serve customers. Because obviously you have no idea what you’re doing. This entitled attitude of yours has no place in a business where you have to serve customers and make them happy. I’ve been in the customer service business for many years of my life and clearly the way you treated me as your customer is wrong. Oh, read the packets — it’s turbinado!!! P. S. You also messed up my order. I asked you to toast my bagel, you failed at that too. Sad… Guess what??? I will still have a good day!!!

Not really sure why they have a drive thru when they make you pull the the parking lot to wait for your food, every single time. Pretty pointless. Really messes us up when we have sleeping babies. This location is constantly slow, and my food is never constant. So disappointing when it used to be my favorite place. Wish McAlisters had a drive thru.

I go after classes because they are close and healthier than most other food options. Food is good, but my chicken panini is consistently scalding hot on the outside and cold on the inside. I had an ice cold piece of chicken today. Otherwise it is a very ok place. Better than most fast food

The drive thru service was just awful. Sassy, bitter young boys need not serve customers.

I love Panera and my husband and I used to eat at one close to us 1 – 2 times a week. Since moving, this is the closest location to us. This location has got to be the worst Panera location ever! Our orders are never correct. It’s so bad that we now eat Panera 1 – 2 times a year. It’s sad to see our favorite go to place be as horrible as this one. When someone says they are allergic to onions don’t put onions on the salad! Happens EVERY time at this location!

Ordered a four cheese soufflé and Mocha. The soufflé was passable but not great. Sort of bland, i miss the sausage and gouda soufflé. the Mocha was awful, it had a film of some sort of oil on top. I don’t know were it came from i didn’t get whipped cream. Yuk.

If I could give no stars I would. Each time I go to this location they are either sold out of various items or they neglect to give me something. Today I pulled up and no one is in line behind me. I ask my mom what she wants via cell. When someone pulled up I started ordering and immediately he says oh I can’t get you a side of bacon without charging you for a sandwich. So I pay for a sandwich plus cream cheese and they remove egg and cheese. Then the next two items I want are sold out or not ready yet. So finally I get my order for 3 people done. I pull up to window and he tells me next time to move out of the way if I have to talk on my cell and to come back once I know what I want that I was holding up the line. Rude people.

This a regular breakfast stop for me before heading to work. My favorites are the Mediterrean breakfast sandwich, the power egg/ham/chesse sandwich and their soufflés. I noticed the calories for the Mediterrean sandwich increased, not sure why. I liked having those two sandwiches since they were under 400 cals. The soufflés are delish, not so friendly in calories but a treat. Very flavorful, cheesy and flaky. The sell out of those quickly and only make a certain amount each day. For lunch I’ve had a ton of their sandwiches, but my favorite is the sierra turkey. I like to get the you pick two so I can try a soup or salad as well with my sandwich. My only complaint about this Panera is that sometimes when I order a salad for lunch but in the a.m. hours they always forget some ingredient in the salad. For instance, I ordered the Asian chicken salad last week and they didn’t put any edamame bean in it, I was disappointed. Today I went to grab breakfast and ordered the Power Chicken Hummus bowl, and they didn’t put any cilantro in there either. I know these are minor ingredients but sometimes it isn’t the same not having these ingredients in the salad, it just pulls all the flavors together better. Also, some of their soups are very high in sodium and salty. I tried the turkey chili the other day and it was majorly salty I threw out. I try to stick with their fresh and healthy menu options. I love Panera and they have so many options, this will forever always be one of my regular spots. :)

The drive thru attendant today was so rude during the transaction and literally shoved my bag into my car window. By the time I grabbed it to say something, his window was ready closed. I had the steak and bleu cheese salad. There was hardly any bleu cheese and I could only get down 3 bites of ICECOLD steak before I threw it out. Definitely won’t be giving that salad another try.

Nice stop for a quick bagel on my way to work. Only thing, I like my bagels and breads really, really dark. Panera can’t seem to achieve this with even sending ny bagel thru the machine three times at any location. They do try their very best, however. I love the multigrain bagel and the power sandwich, just wish the bread was darker. Have had salads that were very good too. good selection of pastries too. I suggest you try the French Toast bagel with butter; oh my! Dessert for breakfast. I have placed a 12 dozen order of assorted bagels and cream cheeses for a program I have for the past three years. The Manager always helps me to my SUV with my order. Such nice staff and management! Love the drive through and reward card.

This location is much better than the location on Lake Woodlands Dr. The staff is still very lackluster. I still have no idea what Panera Bread managers look for when they interview employees– any slight brain wave? Not sure, but I swear I will be surprised to go to a Panera Bread and get a warm and welcoming smile from ANYONE. At least they don’t mess up my order as much at this one.

I know it sounds crazy but this was the first time we came into a Panera Bread as a family so we took our time ordering and asking a lot of questions. The Autumn soup is a butternut squash flavorful cozy bowl of yumminess. The refreshing sweetened green tea was perfection. The Alfredo pasta and chicken with a side Cesar salad was a perfect meal for my gourmet kid. The grilled cheese was another offering but my picky eater wasn’t having it. Mr. G had some yummy chili and a panini he was satisfied. But for $ 40? I’m not sure it was worth it.

Seriously, if it wasn’t for the awesome food I would NEVER go to Panera. The paltry excuse for service at ALL locations in The Woodlands is simply a no-no. I’ve been going to either of the two locations in the area at least three times a week for the last six months and I got what I ordered three or four times max. When you ask them to remake the meal so that it is what you asked for, they make faces as if you asked them for a kidney. Do something about that, Panera. It’s really a shame that awesome food always comes with an appalling accompanying experience. Update: they learn. Not at the Mall but College Park location is getting better.

Pick 2 — ½ a salad and ½ sandwich. The Asian Sesame Chicken salad is so good. Just the right mount of dressing and lettuce is always crisp. You order and they buzz you when it’s ready. Calories listed on all menu items. Good place to get good healthy food, brewed ice tea, and either fire up the laptop w/their free Wi-Fi or visit with a friend. Funny thing: the parking lot is always crowded, but have never had to wait on a table. Have visited locations from Los Angeles to Washington DC, and the experience is consistently good.

My breakfast sandwich an espresso hit the spot! But what really made my visit so wonderful is that there was a young man maintaining the dinning room the entire time I was here. Not only were the floors and tables cleaned he also brought me my order and cleared my empty plates. He was friendly and articulate and actually seemed to be enjoying his job! Now that’s service!

This used to be one of my favorite restaurants — my son and I used to come there after his baseball practice. He likes chicken noddle soup on bread bowl and I normally go with Italian combo sandwich. However, the unpleasant experience that I had recently would terminate this. I won’t go there again. On 7÷31÷2014 about 7:40PM, I ordered my usual dinner — «You pick 2» including an Italian Combo Sandwich and a soup. I found that there was only a finger-sized piece of steak in the sandwich — much smaller than the usual. I showed the sandwich to the waiter, or the guy behind the bar, and mentioned that the steak was much much less than the usual slice. Fist he did no admit the quality issue. Second he did not even say a «sorry» to me. He simply replied with the rudest comment — «You got what you paid for!» I said that I paid full price but why not got the regular serve; I came here quite often –this was the tinniest piece. He was so arrogant and never made apology to me. After this, to be honest, I can’t say that I will not go to any other Panera Bread stores; but one thing for sure is that we would not come back to this location.

Panera is my favorite breakfast place. Bagels and creamy tomato soup are so delicious. I spent much time with my family here. Free wifi is a plus for me.

I love Panera’s variety and quality, but the staff who served me weren’t very personable. Okay, I was having an off day because I didn’t get a very good night’s sleep and I forgot my glasses at home, but the girl who took my order did not ONCE crack a smile, even as I joked and poked fun at my situation. She gave me a look like I was some kind of alien. Um, I apologize for my optimism? She might have been having a bad day, too, but while working in the food industry I remember at least pretending to be happy(even though I wasn’t) for the customer’s and the business’s sake. It’s called Customer Service for a reason, and even if you’re not in a business context it isn’t fair to unload negativity on the people you meet.

I absolutely love panera! Breakfast, lunch, and dinner there is always something satisfying. In the fall we love to stop in and grab a loaf of their festive and delicious breads. I love their breakfast sandwiches, especially grilled on an asiago bagel with egg and ham. Not always the healthiest choice in town but the food and service is always wonderful and consistent. They also have fantastic coffee!

I like Panera Bread a lot. But this location is staffed by a bunch of kids who don’t care. They hadn’t heard of several of the items that most Panera bread restaurants carry on their menu… like sour dough rolls. What? And they were unapologetic for their ignorance and seemed to revel in it. But they weren’t rude. They were just nonchalant and not seemingly uninterested in improving. So there’s another Panera Bread not too far from here. I’ll patronize that one instead.
