This is my go-​to box when I’m in Conroe. Everyone is very welcoming and supportive. That, to me, is a true testament to the culture that the owners have set in place. If you’re in the area and want to have a good time, and challenge yourself, make sure to stop in.

Great box with very knowledgeable and dedicated coaches who actually care about their athlete’s improvement. Crossfit is about community and I felt right at home from the first day of joining. Lots of great folks with challenging and effective programming. If you’re looking for a box in Conroe, CFC should definitely be on your list!

Ehhh. Only good due to proximity. I paid the drop in fee and for a shirt for 3 days. The most I have ever spent on dropping in. Most likely will not go back, the trainer also had the personality of milk-​toast. The regulars seemed to appreciate the gym so I bet there is some good stuff.
