It started of well we upgraded our room to the jacuzzi suite it was nice but non of the rooms are worth paying for. We left out to do a little shopping n eating when we returned to the room to change to go out there was a BIGOLWATERBUG running CROSSING the bed. Yall don’t know me but it was time to go I DONOTPLAYWITHBUGS especially BIGWATERBUGS!!! So, we went downstairs to see if we could change rooms and the young man(Oscar) that was at the desk was new and didn’t know exactly how to do it so we waited for him to call his boss. The Boss was trying to say they couldn’t refund our money since we were now down grading. I was so disgusted and didn’t feel like arguing with him since it was not his fault, ill just wait for the morning when whomever is in charge to make the refunded I just wanted out that room and off that floor all together. The morning came and when we went down to the desk the lady already knew about the situation and explain that we could get a refund once we checked out that is all I wanted to hear. Thank you Oscar your the best. Oscar was very cool and understanding and was doing a awesome job BIGUPS to Oscar.

My mom and I stayed here for 3 days, it was nice and clean. The only complaint I have is that the room we were in didn’t have any blackout curtains, and my room was facing the sun. We had to get creative when it came to blocking the sun. Plus the free breakfast they offer wasn’t every good either, they serve the same thing everyday, sausage and eggs.

It wasn’t the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in but it wasn’t the best. It was basically clean but the linens left a lot to be desired. I feel that the price should be lower if the towels aren’t even Walmart quality. The sheets felt old. The clerk at the front desk was friendly and I’m sure if we had said something they would have tried to make it better if it was possible. For $ 10-$ 15 more, I think you can find better quality.

Stayed a couple of nights a few months ago and, even though it was paid for, I wasn’t all that impressed. I mean, its an old Comfort Inn so I wasn’t expecting the moon but I probably wouldn’t stay here again. In our non-smoking room there were noticeable cigarette burns on the carpet and had that familiar musty smell from times of olde. As for a bright spot, complimentary breakfast includes the use of a Texas-shaped waffle iron. And the premade mixes you use to make your waffles aren’t that bad. 1.9 Stars. Random fact: Its located adjacent to the saddest outlet mall of all time.

Seriously– DONOTSTAYHERE! I was in a king bed suite and it was honestly disgusting! I am not entirely sure the sheets were clean, it was a nonsmoking room but smelled smokey, there were holes(cigarette, bugs???) in the comforter and at one point I found a bug in my bed. I am not kidding or exaggerating– see pictures! The«fitness centre» was a wobbly/broken elliptical. I almost fell off and got hurt just trying to get on! Then a really old and creaky treadmill. I used the treadmill for about 45 minutes and the entire time it made a terrible squealing sound. My suite only came with shampoo and body lotion, no conditioner or soap. By the time I noticed I was undressed and could not go back down to the lobby to get some. So that was great. The staff was friendly and helpful, which was nice. Breakfast was pretty good, too. It was so bad that I checked out early and moved to a different hotel. I travel a LOT for work and will never be back and would never recommend this place!
