Will never visit this store again for anything. Gee, where do I start? They advertise screen replacement on phones, tablets, etc. So I chose them based upon the quoted price I received, and because I was a regular customer here. First off, my email request was handled unprofessionally. I had to call and remind them to order a part(that they happened to already have in stock). Brought my phone in and they asked for my password, which I gave them. I asked to make sure they weren’t replacing my LCD(not damaged) just the glass screen, they said it is impossible to do on Galaxy S5. Lie. The job was completed quickly and my fiancé picked up the phone for me. I had a $ 10 coupon from their website specifically for screen replacement. They REFUSED to honor it. The screen looked nice and clean, job well done. Until I got home and really started using the phone like I normally would. First I noticed my phone switched itself to Global mode. Which is odd — never did it before. Then I started to notice there was Chinese lettering and icons shadowed on every application/screen; anywhere I swipe, I can see this in the background. Both my fiancé and I went back to the store to show them the problem. This was a burned in LCD screen, must have been a used part. The girl at the desk called her manager since she wasn’t sure how to handle the situation(understandable). Then she told us the manager, Nathan would arrive in ten minutes to resolve it. Lie. He never showed. What we were greeted with was another employee of the store who attempted to completely argue his way out of the refund. Tried to make everything seem like my fault, and still wanted us to pay at least the labor for the«hour they wasted installing my screen». Said they didn’t have my password to check the phone after. Lie. Fast forward, after over an hour he ends up refunding the $ 200, and hands my phone back in pieces. Couldn’t give me the cracked screen back, but could not let me keep the defective screen because they need their money back too. What a hassle, and waste of my time. So now I had no screen at all, and went to CPR(the Woodlands) to have them finish my repair with a *NEW* screen that Batteriesplus had failed to provide. It’s a shame I found out what BP customer service really is — a total disappointment.

Incompetence at every level. They broke my watch replacing the battery and didn’t tell us. They charged us and simply gave me the watch back. When we realized that the stem was broke we called them and they had us take the watch back to them. They weren’t surprised at all and told me it would be ready in 3 weeks. At 3 weeks, they said it would be ready mid next week. I went to pick it up on Friday and they still didn’t have it. Now I’ve been promised Tuesday. I don’t ever expect to see the watch again. Avoid using them.

Excellent service and very reasonably priced. Definitely recommend since I got two watch batteries replaced in less then ten minutes. They have a great selection of specialty batteries and other things like bulbs for everything you need. Definitely be back.
