I was hesitant to stay here seeing as how reviews were just sub par. However my husband and I were pleasantly surprised. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They are pet friendly but the rooms are very clean. They also have a great breakfast. Omlets to order if you’d like with everything else you could imagine.

Upon check in we were placed on a non animal floor… While resting in bed, found that i wasn’t the only one in there. There were FLEAS in the BED… UGH ! Attempted to call the front desk SEVERAL TIMES, no one ever answered… So i had to go to the front desk to have my room moved. The woman at the front desk told me that although Dogs were not allowed on that floor, ONCE a dog was and they knew this specific room had problems… UGH GROSS!!!

The room was great, the staff was super friendly and courteous. With the marble shower and sink countertops to the comfy king sized bed, the room stated clean, well decorated and a full breakfast to boot. Pool and hot tub were available, but the hot tub which we hope was running, was not hot. That was the only drawback. They are dog friendly with no additional fees. Would definitely recommend, and would have rated a 5 if the jacuzzi was working.

Nice hotel! The rooms were very clean, comfy and the beds were nice with firm, thick mattresses. They advertised a free breakfast and we were thinking it’d be bagels and donuts but it was a real breakfast buffet with Belgian waffles, an omelet station, bacon, etc…
The staff overall was super friendly. The only person I had a run in with was the lady who checked us in who pointedly ignored speaking to me to only speak with my husband. Everyone else was not only über friendly but would take time to chat if they had the time.
I’d recommend this place and most definitely stay here again.
