Excellent service. Made a room change without a problem. Asked for a later checkout also no problem. Front desk person, Ashlee was great. Always plenty of food on breakfast buffet as well as hot coffee throughout the day. Plus you have a choice of Firm or Soft pillows. Just 5 minutes from Hickory Metro Convention Center.

It’s been a long time since I have stayed at a Holiday Inn, and I don’t think I have ever been at a Holiday Inn Express (whats the express part again?) but man this place was really nice…
First of all when you walk in did not look like what I remember a Holiday Inn looking like… it had a nice, modern lobby that looked very well kept… additionally the staff was very friendly and very attentive… the rooms were pretty standard as far as hotels go, but it was clean and the bathroom was spacious which was nice…
