Strangely I never noticed this place before during my random Conneaut trips but finally had a chance to stop in over the weekend. With a wine tasting you get to sample 6 – 8 wines and enjoy lovely conversation. We ended up buying 6 bottles for ourselves and some to share with friends. My only regret is that the weather wasn’t nicer so we could hang out for a bit longer!

Great wine and wonderful customer service! They gave us a free tasting of six different amazing wines! And we ended up buying six bottles and getting one free! I am actually planning on ordering their wine for my wedding in October next year! They also have ice wines and hard ciders! Will definitely be back when I’m up here again!

It’s been a long time since I lived in the area, but I did not know that PA had wineries let alone really good ones! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable. I really drinks whites, but since that is mostly what Conneaut Cellers has I tried a few. Overall really tasty and I wish I had brought some back to SoCal.

Conneaut Cellars Winery is a gem. Situated on Conneaut Lake, this little business produces some excellent Lake Erie wines. The shop is small, but the staff is incredibly friendly and eager to assist you pick out the wine(or wines) that will suit your tastebuds. Stop by anytime during the season for a tasting and experience the unique variety of local wines available. Learn interesting facts(ie the Princess Snow Water wine is named that because«Conneaut» actually means«Snow sits on the Water» in the original native language of the area). There’s a wide variety of reds and whites, with many wines already chilled, ready for you to drink them that evening along the lake. The prices are very reasonable, ranging from $ 8 to $ 13 per bottle, with their exclusive and unique wines ranging beyond that. They’ll even give you a tour of the back room, showing you where the magic happens and give you a beginner’s lesson about how wine is made.
