I was so disappointed with this Salon. I have lived in Concord for over 25 years and went here on the recommendation of a friend. First of all– this was the most expensive hair salon I have been too and Concord is not NY or Boston. Way too expensive. I first tried to book an appt two months ago, but they could not return my voicemail for an appt. I tried a second time based on my friend’s recommendation– I did get an appointment fairly quickly– the Salon did not mention the appt would conflict with Market Days– which I am sure they were aware of. There were only two other clients there, one of which «knew» the hair dresser which allowed for their «screeching» child to have at it most of the duration. The other hair stylist came to me and said she was sooo sorry. I don’t know about you, but I go to a salon for the spa experience. The hair dresser out of fairness, did an ok job (I assume the first time you work with someone you can’t get it quite right– it probably takes one or two times). End of long story– atmosphere was not good, hair ok, parking miserable and oh Yeah, I am out almost $ 200 for a hair cut and highlight. My hair is not stunning by any means. So I will not be back and I recommend, if you are already going to an established salon that you are happy with– stay put. Sorry to be so rough, but I do expect to get good service and results when paying alot.

I needed a haircut and was just driving by when I stopped and went in to see if they had an opening. Heather was available so I was promptly brought back, shampooed and then we talked about a cut I wanted. She did exactly what I asked and it looks fabulous! I highly recommend Vivid — thank you Heather!

I don’t have enough good things to say about this place! Heather is incredible. I started going here when I lived in Manchester but moved to Boston. I have tried 3 different high end salons in Boston but none of them were able to achieve what I was asking for and one of them butchered my hair. From now on, it’s worth it for me to take the trip to Concord to get a solid style
