Thanks to Tamra for organizing a surprise 30th birthday party for my son. Sam and Jimmy were the servers and they were fantastic. The food was delicious and the ice cream sundae buffet was a huge hit! Nice large private room .will definitely come back and recommend for all functions!

A well run family business — amazing Sunday brunch(good Bloody Mary’s), great service and I recommend the Ruben there!

If you aim to drink beer and eat appetizers, this place is superb. However, if your goal is to have a classy meal and martini’s, this is not the place to go. The place is large and has a separate bar area and restaurant area. The bathrooms are modern and clean. The décor could use an update — but isn’t offensive. The menu is pretty typical american classic food. The appetizers are tasty, well proportioned and arrive hot and fast. However, the entrees seem to take a long time to arrive and are a bit disappointing when they do. The sides are bland and the star of the dish seems to be lackluster whether it’s a steak or a stuffed chicken. The dinner prices seem reasonable until you realize what you’re getting. The cocktails are small and lacking in alcohol. Wherever possible, they add more syrupy stuff and/or bitters/soda instead of liquor. Again, the are reasonably priced, until you realize you paid $ 6 – 8 for a small glass of syrup. I would go there to gather with friends, drink beer and chit-chat. I would not go there for a nice dinner with my family.

I have been to The red blazer seven times in the past six months. The food is very consistent. The salads are fresh as is the seafood. I highly recommend this restaurant. The service is great.

As a group we went to the Rd Blazer on Friday night, and it was a terrible experience. One server was tasked with taking care of 40+/- people. As a result the service was horrifically slow. The food was ho-hum at best. The kids universally panned their hamburgers, chicken fingers were pushed away as «disgusting». With the adults, there was no care to how you ordered your meat it was how ever the cook felt like making it. My «king cut» primer was smaller than my neighbors«queen» sized portion. The vegetables were not edible, what looked like squash was so hard it couldn’t be chewed. They attempted to split the bills, but it didn’t seem like one was right. All had food or drink not ordered on them. We were a large party. Never easy. But we made a reservation, and they were clearly not ready to serve us, and I thought the food was lack luster. I wouldn’t go back. If you want a place for a group gathering go elsewhere the terrible service and food became the focus of the evening rather than the real reason why we were there as a group. If you want a lack luster dinner this might be the place to go.

I ordered a Minnie Mouse cake for my daughters 1st bday. The the cake was adorable, reasonably priced and DELICIOUS!!! The buttercream frosting was the perfect balance between buttery and sweet. The cake was moist and a smash hit at the party!!! Not only is the red blazer a great place to eat but their bakery produces high quality cakes at a good price!

Been in Concord for four weeks in a row now. Always looking for good food and happened upon the Red Blazer. Excuse the ongoing renovations, the food was excellent!!! I’ve been back every week, double thumbs up on their boneless buffalo tenders!!! My last dinner was Chicken Marcela it was perfect with the homemade mashed potatoes. I am looking forward to my next visit…

Very good food. Great friendly service. The menu covers a broad spectrum but is not overwhelming. The bar service is a bit slow and inaccurate. All in all a strong recommendation.

I just had my daughter’s baby shower at The Red Blazer, in The Blazer Room this past Saturday. 28 ladies for lunch and cake and presents and visiting. It turned out beautifully! Tamra was great to work with getting the menu, timing, setup just right. The food was wonderful and plentiful. The bakery made a beautiful AND delicious cake. I wish I could post a picture of the cake. It was perfect! Our waitress Samantha was so attentive and helpful both before, during and after the event! Everyone had a wonderful time and best of all, they did all the clean up!

This place is a must try. The service was outstanding, Kayla was our waitress. The menu offers a wide selection, the prices are reasonable. The chicken wrapped in pastry is like having Thanksgiving anytime, topped with a cranberry glaze that you want to order an extra side to enjoy. The carrot/cheesecake is phenomenal, so save room for it; what a great idea to put cheesecake and carrot cake together… Beyond yummy!

Took the family here for breakfast buffet on a Sunday. Glad we went! The food was very good, our waitress was very attentive and nice, and the price was great! We will definitely do this again.

Quiet, dark, stuffy, and overpriced. The Red Blazer had too many things going for it and none of them are good. The food is mediocre, neither good nor bad. Their menu is so extensive that they don’t do anything well. My family and I stopped as we were passing through and the menu looked good– onion soup, salads, pasta, steaks, seafood. The onion soup was too salty and the Alfredo was not right. They have several upgrades for each entrée which will end up costing you $ 4 – 5 more just for in season vegetables. My kids didn’t even like the bread. TV’s in the bathrooms! The waitress was friendly, which was nice, but I cannot recommend this place.

This is our go-to dinner spot when we are in Concord. The staff is courteous and prompt. The coconut chicken is the best appetizer on the menu! The sandwiches and burgers are hearty portions and inexpensive. I would advise others to steer away from pasta dishes; I have found the pasta to be a bit mushy and not well drained. If you enjoy dessert, they always look amazing! As someone who doe not care to watch TV at a restaurant, all the TVs playing sports is a little off putting for me. It makes sense that they would have them in the bar area but it can be a bit of overload.

Hit this place on way up north, overall it was ok. Overpriced for the quality of food. Had the red blazer burger and Caesar salad. Husband had burger and a soup. Salad could have used fresh parm cheese. Décor could use to be updated, I like the rustic feel but worn carpets, railings, etc make it look a bit run down.

My review of the food is great, my review of the service not so much. I met a 2nd party there with my kids for a breakfast buffet. While I was away getting my food the waitress took it upon herself to take drink orders from my children. And then proceeded to bring them refills every time I left the table. They racked up $ 20+. I paid the bill that I was left with. it was left with it was nearly $ 80 for BREAKFAST. But then called after the fact to point out what had been done wrong… I called after the fact for two reasons, the 1st being that I don’t like causing a scene. the 2nd being that I didn’t want the waitress or management to think my complaint was a way to get free food or reduce the bill… because literarily was neither. I simply thought it was rude and abusive them to take orders from children with out the parent knowing or okaying it, especially something that costs extra. I am not saying that a couple of dollars would have made or broken me… but these weren’t cheap drinks. more importantly what if one of my kids had been allergic to something she brought out? What if they had ordered shrimp omelets or something(both my twins are allergic to seafood) You don’t take orders from kids with out confirming with the parent. Simple as that I was told the waitress did nothing wrong. Not even an apology.

Heard about this place from one of my teachers that this place was great for their Sunday breakfast buffet so I def wanted to try it. Unfortunately we were to late for the buffet bc we had just got out of church so we got lunch instead. I ordered the house salad and French onion soup. It was my frost time trying onion soup, and it was delicious ! It was very cheesy on top and I loved the seasoning of the broth. My mom orders a chicken da which & my sister ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich. They both said they were yummy. The waitress then brought over a selection of desserts to choose from which was awsome and we ended up trying the pumpkin ice cream truffle and the the crêpe with vanilla ice cream fudge and coconut shavings, they were amazing ! My only complaint was how long it took to get the desserts made

I liked this place. It reminded me of Ken ’ steakhouse in Framingham with a bit of the Château mixed into an American pub. I realize those are MA places and this place is in NH but hopefully your still following along. The waitresses were nice, the bathroom was top notch, and the food was good. I would stay away from their battered and fried items. They are made different then we are used to. Almost like a lighter batter with less sodium. Not sure how I feel about that but the beer selection was decent and overall good. We were in the pub section and enjoyed free peanuts.

Decided to look for a place to eat in concord on the way back from Franconia Notch state park. This place had great reviews on Unilocal,so I decided to give it a try. I ordered the red blazer burger, for a burger named after the restaurant I was expecting something special but it wasn’t. Also, it was a little on the dry side. I also ordered the French onion soup. When I took the first sip of the soup it was delicious but as I took a few more sips I found it to be tad on the salty side. The service at this place is very good and all the staff are very friendly.

First time here, we apparently wandered into the pub instead of the restaurant, and decided to stay since it wasn’t crowded, and had the same broad menu. The waitress was terrific, as was the beer selection. Two of us ordered chicken sandwiches(one buffalo, one dijon), one got a reuben, and I got a small greek salad with salmon. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The salmon was surprisingly good, and at only $ 6 on top of the price of a small(but plenty big enough) salad, it was a great meal. Would have given 5 stars but not too impressed by décor. Maybe we’ll try the restaurant side next time, but we’ll definitely be back given the choices, reasonable prices, and good service.

We met another couple for lunch on an early Sunday afternoon. This was our first time eating here. We knew it had been around for a long time so we decided to give it try. They were just clearing up the dining room after brunch so we chose to sit in the pub instead. Many of the booths had not been bussed so our seating choices were limited. A friendly waitress took our drink orders but after she brought them we did not see anyone for a while. The menu has just about everything you could think of so it took awhile to decide. Our party chose spaghetti marinara, chicken parm, spinach salad with grilled salmon, and a poppy seed salad. The food arrived in a reasonable time frame and since we were in no hurry, it was not an issue. However, no one had bothered to provide napkins or silverware. After bringing this to the waitress’s attention, she only felt we needed forks for meals. We had to track her down and request knifes. The food was good; not great or memorable. We all felt that the portions were on the small side as we were still hungry after we finished eating. The check came to $ 72 with tip. It was a tad high when taking into consideration the portion sizes. We had no bread to nosh on to help fill the gap. All in all, we did not have a bad dining experience. However, being adequate is not good enough to want to return won’t bring us back.
