Taco Bell

How am I the Duke of a place I haven’t written a review about? Idk but here is my attempt to write one and not sound… typical so to speak. So here we go…
Not all Taco Bells are created equal, that’s a big misconception. Heck some of them are even becoming cantinas. I can’t wait to have a beer with my Chalupa! In my area that would be pretty awesome. I like the fact at this location is always spotless and clean, if you’ve seen my reviews then you should know I’m big on a clean restaurant. The workers are very attentive and friendly always here, they know I work at the Sam’s Club in the lot, so often times we’ll engage in small chit chat. My only grip here is that it takes forever for them to make an order… like it seems like they’re going out picking the beans and cutting the beef from the cow and making the cheese ect. Like it takes the fast outta fast food here. But the end result is decent not «fast» food so usually I don’t mind it sooo much.
In conclusion, It’s off Concord Ave, in the Sam’s Club lot right near highway 680 and Trader Joe’s, Starbucks and the Concord Airport. The food is decent by fast food standards, prefect for a snack on the go or a late meal. I work graveyards so for me this is the prefect place. As always if you’re in this area, Unilocal your own opinion of this place.

Okay so it’s Taco Bell, shouldn’t expect much right? I’ve actually been impressed with the service at this particular location. On a couple of occasions they didn’t get my order right. They likely didn’t hear my order correctly so I didn’t get an item and they didn’t charge me for it. The really cool thing about this place is when I told them they didn’t get the order correct, not only did they correct it, but they still didn’t charge me for the item that was not included in the original order. For a fast food chain that is actually very impressive. They not only make it correct, but they go above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied. Kudos to this Taco Bell location!

I go to this Taco Bell a couple times a week.
The drive through is really well run and everything moves fast. Even if there’s a line of cars, you get out pretty quickly. I don’t usually have occasion to go inside, but when I’ve been in there, everything is clean. Don’t know why the place is rated so low.

I don’t why the rating is so bad. IM not going to get in depth, but this particular Taco Bell is definitely a 4 star rating. Bathroom is clean. All tables are clean. Theres enough ice in the ice machine… And theres enough soda in the soda machine.
What more can you ask about this place? If you don’t like it, then take it to go.
I did have a very pleasant experience… The cashier is very friendly. She gave me a smile like she does loves her job and greets every customer in a friendly manner to make each customer as a part of her family. Gotta love that attitude.
Anyways. Keep it up Taco Bell. Thats all. And get creative with your food. For some reason, I feel at odd when ordering something from the menu and all the food tastes the same but priced different. WEIRD! LOL… It amazes me. Namm sayinn.

Me and my kid were staying at the hotel across the way and out of all places, Taco Bell was their request to eat. I think they only wanted the icee drinks that they saw on the outside of the window. But Taco Bell is Taco Bell. We ordered what we usually order, the prices are descent and affordable. The worker was very nice. We were the only one’s in the Taco Bell so everything went fine. This location did have green salsa packs. Not sure if other Taco Bells in San Jose, where I, live have that because I usually just go thru drive thru and stick to my mild sauce. But the green salsa was pretty good.

Yes it’s ‘just’ Taco Bell, but this location is better than many I’ve been to. Customer service is always on point, and every item I’ve ordered has come out hot and freshly made. I can’t say that about many TB locations.

Horrible. Been here a few times thinking it would be better. Their flour tortillas are always old. Really chewy and nasty. Last time, drive thru could not understand my english and added all kinds of crap to my order. Ugh

Love the Fiesta Taco salad !!!

Meh is right. Quality of the food here is lack luster. Tasted like everything had been sitting out for a day or two. Drive Thru is nice, but I’m more a favorite of quality than convenience.

I eat here at least once a week and they have never messed up my order once in over a year. That says alot especially for a fast food drive through :)

The service is usually polite and friendly. The food is, by and large, average Taco Bell fare. One issue, though, is how runny the burritos (especially the cheap ones) are here. The ground beef mixture they sometimes use has so little beef in it that the burritos are limp. Put another way… those burritos may double as props in funny Viagra commercials… as the before pictures.

Drive through didn’t get my order right, two nachos and a rootbeer were one nacho and a dr pepper. They didn’t charge wrong, but at least through my drive in order, the person changed. The bean burritos have gone down hill at this franchise…

I don’t eat much fast food because i’m getting older and i can’t get rid of the damm weight. I remember when the times when i could pack a 6 pack of tacos, 3 green burritos, two mexican pizzas, a chix burrito supreme, a enchillito, a churro and a large DIET COKE. well those days are far far away now :\. Now days i go once a year and order a green burrito, couple hard tacos and a DIET COKE. This place does it for me. see ya next year and thank you for not making me get the runs i mean– make a run for the border.

Everytime I’ve been to this Taco Bell I’ve either been a Witness to a crime, or a Victim of a crime.
Neither is fun.

I came here craving a Spicy Chicken Burrito only to be informed that they don’t serve Spicy Chicken Burritos any more! Man, I’m gonna miss those burritos.
This place was empty inside when I ate here. Probably because I came in between normal meal times. But there were still cars constantly going through the drive-​thru. Staff was friendly and the place seemed really clean. Not sure how it gets during peak hours though.

For some reason, this Taco Bell has the best Chicken Quesadillas!
I don’t know what it is, but I’ve been to several Taco Bells in my time, and this Taco Bell seems to consistently serve up the best Chicken Quesadillas (of the Taco Bell brand). I’m not sure if its just the fact that they put extra sauce in it, or there is something extra in the sauce? Whatever it is, it is GOOD.
Everything else here is your standard Taco Bell stuff, but man, I ain’t kiddin’ about those Chicken Quesadillas. If your in the neighborhood… be sure to check them out!
