Everything at this 360 rates completely different from the way they taste in walnut creek or San Ramon. Annoying! Think I’ll go to una mas next time.

First off I have eaten here before and I actually enjoyed the same meal that I had this time. I would have given a good review before but the second time I just threw that idea out the window. I posted a picture of the food I ate up above. It is the most disgusting thing that I have ever had to eat. They were supposed to put guacamole on it but as you can see that didn’t go over too well. I am so done with this place and will never return. The guacamole was literally black, not green. The only reason there is one star is because Unilocal will not allow zero or negative stars. Don’t bother, its not worth the price of the food. Take my advice, and just eat somewhere else.

I know 360 is a chain but the mgt. Should get after these guys or it will ruin the reputation of the others. The food was just OK but the place was dirty all over. The tables, the floor, counters etc. The lights weren’t even on and with it bright outside, it was dim inside. The help seemed either indifferent or untrained.

What a complete dump. How do you f#!+&@ up a burrito. Flavorless food, bored bland employees, two TVs just turned on even with no one watching, place empty… dive! Dive! Dive!

I was very disappointed. I ordered a vegetarian burrito and they put 3 chips in the bag. I then asked for a couple more and the worker said that if I wanted any more there was a charge. This is ridiculous. Chips cost very little and to nickel and dime me is unfortunate. I will not return.

We used to stop there on the way home from Cost Plus or Home Depot. It was busy and clean and the food was good. No more. Take off the star. It was required. Read all the other low reviews. They are all correct. Do not set foot in the place. It is a dirty restaurant, sluggish servers, bad food. Call the Health Dept.

It’s still kind of lonely in part of the Willows Shopping Center. Because of the non-linear way you have to drive here, I only stop by when I have a special«mission» to complete. Most recently, that involved some picture frames at Aaron Brothers. And since it was around Dinner time, why not stop in for a nosh? The 360 Degrees outpost is even lonelier than the Willows. I ordered a bowl to go and found it just OK. A few free chips thrown in would have helped. Otherwise, I’ll be somewhere else the next time.

Called to let them know that there were small pieces of WOOD in my burrito and they said it was probably stems from leaves used. NOT, there is not way these are stems. They are part of a wood skewer. They could care less and I told them it was dangerous. Not to mention my order was wrong but I’m much more forgiving of that part. If they had been the least bit concerned, my opinion would be different.

Really should have checked my Unilocal app before going here… a mistake I will not make again. NOSTARS. They shouldn’t even be in business. On Saturday 9⁄1 I was there for a quick lunch while shopping. I got the heebie jeebies and should have run away, but stayed to eat my rice bowl, hoping for the best. MISTAKE! After ordering I found dirty tables, dirty floors, DISGUSTINGLY dirty around the garbage can area with a huge nest of NATS and FLYS(which of course I didn’t see until I was done eating). For the next 14 hours I was down and out with bad food poisoning. Not bad enough to go to the hospital but bad enough to miss the party that night and stay home. Next morning I felt back to normal physically but mentally cursing myself for not following my instincts. I’M TELLINGEVERYONENOWTOAVOIDALL360BURRITORESTAURANTS! I also checked the county food inspection/health department website. Apparently they were investigated in May with several violations similar to the violations I saw and have been mentioned by other Unilocalers. Well I can tell you that the conditions have not improved, they are not interested in fixing the violations and so consequently only letting them get worse. It seems they are just staying open collecting as much cash as possible until they get shut down. Horrible.

I go to this place and pay $ 8 for a burrito instead of the $ 4 burritos I can easily get elsewhere because I like their prawn burrito with a spinach tortilla. HOWEVER, due to the poor service they will never get a dime out of me again. I went this last Monday evening ten mins before their supposed close time and I was refused service because the guys who work their said they were«closed». I pointed out that they were still there before close time, their neon«open» sign was still on, and the doors were still wide open. I happen to know they close at 9 so it being 8:50 i ask them what time they close to see what they will say. The guy tells me a blatant lie(very rudely too) clainimg they close at 8:45. I say«8:45? I’ve never once heard of a place that closes at a random time like 8:45.» I then point out the sign on the door that clearly states they close at 9 pm. He then replies«You came after 9 anyway!». Wow. I look at my phone and tell him it STILL isn’t 9 pm, so it certainly wasn’t when I came in a few minutes ago.” Was still refused service. Bunch of douches working this place. Never again. After reading everyone else’s bad reviews of this place I see this is normal behavior for them and they obviously have management that doesn’t care. I’m sure this place will close down.

Just Bad… We went here because my girlfriend was craving a «not your ordinary burrito» which this place has, but not in a good way. We walk in and the place was empty… probably should have taken that cue and 180’d out of there. The kid behind the counter shows up from the back and gives a quick Hi and waits for our order. No help on the ordering process if you’ve never been here before they have a lot of options and you basically build your own burrito all the way down to a choice of 4 tortilla types, which we found out about after our order was in(They are on the counter not up on the menu). A woman on her cell phone comes from the back to make our food. As I watch her start our food I think… it’s ok that she talks on her phone and makes our food because she is balancing it on her shoulder, and she doesn’t need to wash her hands because she did that in the back right before she came out… right? Then she switches ears and grabs the phone with her hands, but that apparently wasn’t comfortable because she grabs the phone again and switches back. Every time she needs to grab a different ingredient she switches the phone to her other ear. All I can think about is how many times has she dropped that phone on the floor before, and if she is one of the people that takes her phone to the bathroom with her, I mean she cooks with her phone she probably craps with it. I couldn’t stand by and watch so I mention to the guy that she needs to get off her phone while she is making our food, and they both look at me like I just asked them to surrender their first born children. She hangs up but I suggest to my girlfriend that we get a refund and just leave, but for some reason she is still ok with staying and eating here. I walk over to get my soda and the machine had a sign with out of order on the Coke so I went for a sprite, it just tasted like soda water. The kid said he swapped the sprite but it didn’t work. So I went with diet coke. We get our food and it was obvious that she made my quesadilla after I asked her to get get off the phone. It had way more tortilla than filling. I finished eating in a few minutes which left plenty of time to look around while my girlfriend finished her burrito. That’s when I realized that the place was still decorated from Christmas, It was the 4th of July, and they probably hadn’t properly cleaned the place since well before Christmas. Lights missing fixtures, dirty vents, stained walls etc… I could probably keep going but I’ve wasted enough time on this place I suggest you do not waste yours.

Don’t bother going here unless you like sitting by yourself. The food sucked, was cold and a tiny portion. The salsa looks blendered to a pulp and flavorless. Employees seemed grouchy like they would rather not be working. I can’t think of anything that would give them one star even other then I have to to write the review.

I work at the REI in this shopping plaza so for lunch, this place was the quickest to serve me food. However, this is about the only positive thing I can mention regarding this establishment. The most ridiculous thing about this place is their price. They charge you anywhere between $ 6 – 7 for a base burrito depending on the veggies or meats you want in it. However, if you want to add sour cream, its 50 cents. Cheese? 50 cents. Guac? 1.50. What kind of a Mexican food place charges for cheese? That’s like charging someone for the tomato sauce on their pizza… just ridiculous. Their daily special was the Chicken burrito with the spinach tortilla with a drink for $ 6.99. I ordered exactly that but wanted to add some curry sauce inside because I thought that it would be interesting. The man behind the counter did not mention to me that I could not get the special if I got the curry with it. When I asked about the drink, he then told me about the the problem and told me that he had to charge me for the drink. Overall, their prices are way higher than they should be. Their food was okay. I have had much better burritos for significantly less in Concord. The size of the burrito was about ½ of that Chipotles so you are not getting a large amount of food for the hefty price. Overall, I would only come to this place if the only other choice was to eat rocks from the ground. There are many other significantly better places to eat within the Willows shopping center where this shop resides.

This place is an abomination to all of the 360 Gourmet Burritos that ever existed. The meat was dry and over-salted, the rice was hard like chewing on pebbles, and the service was non-existent. This place needs to shut down already so that it will stop bringing shame to the glorious image I used to have of 360 Gourmet Burrito. This place needs to be re-named 180 Burrito because smart people will 180 themselves out of here and find a decent place to eat.

There was a reason why NOONE was eating here! I should’ve listened to my intuition… The concept is great but the turn out of my food was not. I ordered the shrimp burrito cajun style — and the result was not worth it, not truly fresh, not really«gourmet.» I’m sure this place is good — just not at this location…

Wow… They call this place gourmet? I rarely crave Mexican food, but for some reason out of know where, a mad craving for a burrito crept in. I had never tried this 360 place and I figured I might as well give them a shot. So on my way to work, I swung in to this lame joint to pick up a burrito. The service was first thing that threw me off… Wow! This guy at the front counter immediately asks me what I want upon the first second I walk in, all with a blank, blah I can give a shit less attitude… Whoa dude… not with me The selection of unique burritos are appealing, such as the Thai and curry however, I was strictly going for the typical basic burrito this day .I asked the blah, guy behind the counter a few questions about the different tortillas(which he answered back with the blah. I can give a shit attitude.)I had to repetitively tell him what I wanted in my burrito and what I did not want… he could not quite understand something and got a girl from the back to take my order, who to, walked out with a blah, how I can I help you careless attitude… Great, anyhow, so I ordered a Burrito with whole wheat tortilla-chicken-black beans and guacamole, nothing else in it which I repeated to her twice. My burrito was made fast, so I took my order to go and proceeded to my car. Upon opening and taking my first bite, I noticed it had rice in it which I did not ask for… so I walked back in and told her that I did not order rice… Oh…you did not tell me that(she said) …um actually between you and the other guy I repeated 3 times clearly what I wanted and did not want… anyhow, careless attitude, they make it again and the guy just throws the burrito up on the bar when it was finished. So my burrito taste wise, was actually not that bad — the tortilla had some hard ends on the sides though, the flavor of everything else was decent… though not quite gourmet. What killed it for me, was the disgusting, poor, careless sloppy attitude… never, ever again will I step foot into this trash can hole.

In concept, this place is nice idea. Taking flavors from a bunch of different cuisines and combining them to create a unique fusion burrito. The problem occurs with their menu. It is completely up to you to create your own fusion of flavors, and there are almost no combos that they give you. This put me in a sort of panic when I walked into the restaurant and I was the only person in line. I couldn’t look at this menu and know what I wanted within 30 seconds, so out of pressure I ordered a steak quesedilla. Despite my rushed decision, the steak quesedilla was not bad. I dipped it in the sweet and spicy sauce they have, which is a mexican-asian fusion salsa that I’ve seen a couple other places. It was a good lunch, for a reasonable price. It did feel a little weird being the only person there, and the bathroom was similar to one you might find in a dungeon, but overall it was an okay experience.

I was rather disappointed by my «360 Fresh»(i.e. garlic lime) prawn salad. It smelled delicious but the texture was not good. I understand that lettuce may get a bit wilty when topped with sauteed prawns and veggies but my whole salad was wet and wilty. It was not appetizing. The prawns themselves were tasty but I wanted the salad part too. The salad was also very oily, probably based on how the prawns and veggies were cooked. I am willing to give them another chance on either a burrito or bowl(burrito minus the tortilla) but I’m definitely asking for no oil next time.

Recently 360 Gourmet Burrito became S & N Gourmet Burrito. It appears that S & N is hoping to keep the customers and ‘flavor’ of the old 360 Gourmet Burrito. I was in there yesterday, and noticed all the corporate insignias and logos gone. There was a reduced menu posted above on gator board that looked as though it was made in someone’s garage. I asked the man at the register(who was without a uniform and looked like the owner or manager) if this was still Gourmet Burrito. He gave a curt answer, «Yes.» Once I left, I looked at the outside sign and noticed it was no longer 360. Don’t get me wrong, it’s all about food and service, but it rubbed me wrong that the owner/manager didn’t have enough faith in his restaurant to quickly explain it’s under new ownership and not a ‘true’ 360 Gourmet Burrito anymore(how sly of him — it’s still«Gourmet» burrito!). Maybe they are all going out of business? Who knows. The steak and prawns burrito I ordered was good — tasted mostly like it used to. The skeptic in me says this — any time a restaurant changes ownership, but pretends to be what they once were, you can expect gradual changes in quality and taste, typically for the worse. I can only assume they left the franchise to save on overhead, corporate branding and ingredients. That being said, I will continue to patronize«S&N» for a few more times to see how the quality is. If it remains as it was when it was 360, I’ll update this to 4 stars. I’d be interested on others comments who been there before and after.
